Firefighter Tony Waller Man's Up & Speaks His Mind

"You know I have stayed out of the fray until now....

Yes, this Tony Waller and I did not start this but I will end this as far as my name is concerned. The stupid m'frs that want to take shots at me ought to have the 'nads to sign their posts. However I know they will never do that becuase they do have any honor, courage or commitment to their craft as firefighters. Matter of fact these are the same people who suck up to the Department leadership in person and then turn around and talk bad or belittle them while their back is turned. In case you can't figure it out they are a bunch of little d*ck cowards.

Neither one of you stupid, lowlife SOB's who takes shots at me can put a candle to me and my accomplishments in life. I may not be the most outstanding firefighter however none of you have the right to judge me. In fact some of you have skeletons in your own closets as well. Don't think I cannot discern who some of the post are because your writing styles mimic the same mannerism that I have seen around the firestation.

What amazes me is that you want to make comments beyond the firestation about things such as my military career. Humm ... I want to now what makes you uniquely qualified to comment? In reality your are small-minded little pr&cks that have never done anything beyond the confines of Salisbury, MD or Wicomico County.

The reason why I was not selected for the LT. position because Steve Records made that choice. I do have a history with him and it is not all good. However, He and Salisbury Fire Department will have to live with that decision that they made.

I do have choices in my life and they include how I will volunteer my time at Salisbury Fire Department. Now please keep me the f*ck out of this conversation or I will start calling people out by name and airing your dirty laundry."

ONLY REAL MEN USING THEIR REAL NAMES NEED RESPOND.

  2. So all of the anon posts by your male friends are not real men? Do you tell them that or let it go since they are agrreing with you?

  4. I have nothing to do with the SFD and do not actually live in Salisbury proper. However, if a command of the English language, spoken and written, is a requirement for promotion to the Lt. position, I can see why you weren't selected. I have no animosity toward you, as I do not know you. May I suggest a refreseher course in English, particularly grammar? I wish you well.

  5. Grow up Tony!!!!!!! You show how stupid you are with your choice of curse words. Real men can convey their thoughts without resorting to profanity.

  6. Oh god. Not another episode of "As the Volunteer World turns." Can't you children keep your VOLLYTICS to yourselves?

  7. The tone of many of yesterday's comments were deplorable. Tony, I have nothing at all to do with the fire department, and I do not know you.

You have every reason to hold your head very high for your military service and your ongoing commitment to fire fighting in our community. Please! Do not continue to stoop to the level of your detractors by using such foul language. There is simply no need for it, and it substantially takes away from your message and credibility.

Otherwise, hang in there by continuing to keep our community safe.

  10. Good job Tony. I see that none of these pussies were man enough to sign their names. Typical of the Salisbury Fire Department. PUNKS!!

  11. Wow did a kid write that.

  12. No, your caption is wrong. Tony Waller did not MAN UP. To man up he would need to find different words to express himself. He just shows us his ignorance and lack of respect by resorting to such common terms. Perhaps he should wash his mouth out with soap after Joe gets finished with it.

Joe, you do a good job with this blog except for the fact that you fail to realize that people other than low life read and could enjoy your thoughts.

  13. Tony learn how to write please...its an embrassment to yourself and the SFD....Secondly you dam well know you didnt deserve that position so go ahead post on here like your big and bad but your the one thats putting in for your lifetime membership just because you didnt get promoted

  14. lol i come to read the comments and it's the same bunch of little d*ck cowards that tony was talking about. hey little d*cks, why don't you stop trying to discredit tony and go do some jelqing exercises instead. maybe you will feel better about yourselves.

  15. 9:58: I find it humorous that you tell Tony to learn how to write. In 7 1/2 lines you make at least nine errors, including punctuation!

So you think Jeremy Gordy, a well known redneck criminal is derserving enough to represent the Salisbury Fire Department or the City of Salisbury? WRONG!

By the way you need to learn to write, it is "damn" not "dam." Illiterate moron, typical of the SFD pussies.

  17. I've got to say these firefighter threads are a revelation. I can't say that I'm familiar with any other profession or job where people will publicly tear each other down the way you firefighters do. It practically seems to be a blood sport with you guys.

The police don't do this on public message boards, and I'd be horrified if they did. Salisbury firefighters have got to be about the be about the most unprofessional group of people I've ever seen. You guys are disgusting.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I firmly disagree. Police Officers are exactly the same as the Firefighters. You get ANY large group of people that compete for the same thing and have time on their hands, they act like little girls and cut eachother down. Some ae humorous and others ae personal attacks. You could even say the same for Bloggers, me included. The BIG difference is, when Michael Swarts and I go at it, we're man enough to use our real names. Pussies like JR and the other Anti Albero Bloggers hide behind anonymous and then threaten peoplelike me by saying they're going to get me at Bike Week and so forth.

The real MEN have been people like Wayne Barrall and Steve Records who stod up in their own defense and used their real names. Most of the rest, they're caled pussies.

  19. Sorry, I'm on my laptop and the stupid keys are much closer together and difficult to work. Hence the spelling errors. Only women should use laptops!

  20. Police officers, firefighters, both groups should be embarassed.
I'm just an innocent bystander, but it appears to me that these are immature, uneducated, and mean spirited people. At least the ones who've posted comments seem to be.
I'm seriously hoping that this is just a small segment of these groups. Maybe the grownups who know how to articulate a thought in writing haven't come forward to express their opinions yet. If this IS a true representation of the firemen and cops, God help us.
That would mean that the Mayor sucks, the simpleton majority of the city council sucks, and now the first responders. And, we pay taxes way far out of what might be considered reasonable to have all this.

  21. I think the Salisbury Volunteer Fire Dept. has major problems with their staff. First of all it is very unprofessional for governemnt employees whether you are state, city or county to behave in such a childish manner. Even though these men or women are volunteers they are to set good examples.
As for Mr. Waller's grammar in his comments, I can understand his feelings. He is angry and did not use the words he really wanted to for that would be unprofessional.
I think that this young man Jeremy may be to young and may not have the experience that some of the other men or women have to lead.
If this young man is only in his early twenties, he may need to learn from others what it takes to be a good firemen.
I also think hiring family may not
always be the smart thing to do, even if it has always been a tradition. The volunteers always seem to have issues that need some outside help. Maybe the dept. needs outside leadership instead of the good ol boy system.
Maybe a chat from the chaplin would not hurt these group. Lets act like adults and respect each other like a professional should do. No wonder there was an add on television two summer's ago recruiting volunteers.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I am not affiliated with the SFD but it seems to me that it is a good ole' boy thing. But is that anything new?
I have had to fight the good ole boy system for almost 30 yrs now and believe me, you get nowhere fast. Its not worth fighting. Just accept it and move on.
I am not from here but have lived here for 30 yrs. So believe me,I have seen the ole boys in action. They are the ones who get ahead - but down the road their time will come.

  23. at least there is some form of testing.. Most volunteer fire depts. Select their Chief's, capt's, and Lt's based on popular vote.. Some have requirments, some don't. In the end its the same in every volunteer firehouse. It who you know and well you politic.

  24. Mary Jenkins said - "Maybe a chat from the chaplin would not hurt these group."

Great idea Mary but the problem with it is there's no longer a Chaplain in Salisbury Fire Department.

We used to have one that was the greatest. Rev J Harvey Dixon.

Gordo wanted a new crown vic when he got promoted so they eliminated the Chaplains postion and gave him the car the volunteers bought for Rev. Dixon's use as Chaplain.

The SFD does have a chaplin. Roger Kondrup AKA Chaplin-1. His postion no longer has the car.. Harvey was a great man and chaplin. However, he did not need a police package crown vic. There was no need for him to run hot.

Also, you are correct 2 volunteer corps paid for the vehicle. One opted not to support. However, the vehicle after purchase was gifted to the city.

    ReplyDelete
  28. tony you are a complete idiot. why do you think that when you show up to ride at the firehouse all the other volunteers leave and go home...because nobody trusts you or believes in you. and please dont bring steve records name into this, even if he was the one who made that decision so be it. he has proven himself on and off firegrounds, and could run circles around you when it comes to fire. he is well respected by all, unlike yourself. everyone was alot happier when you were off playing your top secret navy seal team 10 mission wherever the hell you were. go back

  29. anything the vollies purchase is gifted to the city. harvey was a jackass.

How's that working for you anon 5:31 PM?

Sorry about not knowing, "Rodger Kondrup AKA Chaplin-1." That's a well kept secret! (maybe if he had a marked unit I'd recognized him)

As for there being, "no need for him to run hot," just what the hell does that mean? Is this more of the newer and better way?

If you're implying it's not important for your Chaplin-1 to respond in a timely manner so be it. I'm surprised, but glad it works for you.

I can assure you it was critical to the success of our operation on numerous occasions to have our Chaplain on the scene as quickly as possible, or respond hot as you would say. Rev Dixon did an excellent job of this.

I guess when the chief and deputy chief are God there is a diminished need for a Chaplain or even a Chaplin.

Good luck and keep up the good work.

needs to wash his/her month out with soap. I am retired miitary and your comment is an insult to me and others.
I really do think Salisbury Fire Department has some mean and cold spirited people.
Maybe it is time for the for these men/women to have a "Ethics" class.

Food for thought.... The more you call someone else an "idiot" the more you look like one yourself.
