ANOTHER BANK IN FLORIDA IS SIEZED BY FDIC

The FDIC has taken control of First Priority Bank of Bradenton, Fla., marking the eighth bank failure this year -- and the fourth just since July 11, when the feds seized IndyMac Bank of Pasadena.

  2. I remember reading on SBYnews - in fact, just over a month ago - where you predicted there were going to be more bank failures.

    I've not read about neither one of the bank failures in The Daily Times.

    No wonder SBYnews is rated No.1. Even with Joe on vacation its a better media source than the other MSM - Daily Times - one that has a staff in excess of 100 people.

  7. Not to take anything away from Joe but you can expect failures in every business sector during a near recession. A prophet is a bit of an exaggeration.
