There has been an arrest in the Ocean City Dough Rollers fire back in March. I'm told Worcester County States Attorney Joel Todd will hold a Press Conference with further details this afternoon/evening. My guess, it was someone who was living there. I have learned it was a man. Some stated a young woman had recently moved in upstairs and I know Mr. Gibbs denied that butu it was in fact true. More to come......
Dam Joe your on it. I heard it today in Snow Hill (although "confidential") you are correct, so much for all those know it alls back in April that didn't know the truth. Joe, you sure have high sources....... Daily Times just got "smoked" again LOL
ReplyDeleteOCEAN CITY, Md.- A Worcester County Grand Jury indicted a 48-year-old man on arson charges Tuesday after investigators concluded he intentionally set fire to two Boardwalk businesses in Ocean City on March 30.
ReplyDeleteGregory W. Wallace Kern of Ocean City who is accused of setting a fire that destroyed the Dough Roller restaurant on South Atlantic Avenue.
Kern has been charged with two counts of first-degree arson for the apartments above these businesses and two counts of second-degree arson for the fire set to the two businesses. Additionally, Kern was charged with one count of reckless endangerment. The maximum punishment for each count of first-degree arson is 30 years in prison and a fine of $50,000. The maximum punishment for each count of second-degree arson is 20 years in prison and a fine of $30,000. The maximum punishment for reckless endangerment is five years in prison and a fine of $5,000.
Well, there you go then. LOL

ReplyDeleteI think Kern was an employee of Dough Roller, not the tenant living upstairs.
