Anon9:15 I agree that we need the skills to tranact our business in the Village of Tony Tank Creek. Did everyone notice that this illegal behavior went on for months; no Board member saw it.
With a management company, we, the residents, will be treated fairly. We would get needed services in a timely manner. It wouldn't be who you are.
Bubba, Louweasal and the Mare had nothing to do with the problem at Village at Tony Tank Creek, but, yes, I do believe where this much money is involved some sharp skills are needed. Perhaps the ones in charge were just too trusting in their Treasurer.
please everyone do not even listen to anon 10:00, all he ever does is copy what someone has written and then throw some sort of sarcastic shit out there. this is an opinionated blog guy, get your own opinion, or get hell out of here.
And who believes that management companies don't have embezzlement problems too? Just check the court records! Also consider the considerable amount of money these companies want to run your business. Guess you can see your dues go up considerably.

How do you know it's a he, moron? What makes you think it's the same person that always copies what someone has written? Go back to being a FOB and leave this blog alone.
I have family in Tony Tank Village. Everyont thought he was going to get away with it, because he paid it back. It was rumored that the moron gave it to Keith Iott's company. I looked at the court case and the complaint was only filed by one person. What's the scoop? Shouldn't it have been filed by the HSA? Was it just one fed up resident that brought justice? What about Iott? Wouldn't receiving stolen money be the same as receiving stolen property? Shouldn't he be punished as well?
Reread the original post - the HOA Board of Directors reported the crime to the SPD.
Reread the court case - an SPD officer filed the actual charges, presumably after investigating the alleged crime using the evidence provided by the HOA.
This is a criminal case and that is the way the criminal justice system works!
Who knows - maybe there will be additional charges in the future. The SPD is way understaffed and way overtasked so we shouldn't expect instant results.
so what does mean now? Is Mr. Waldman sitting in jail or is he still sitting on spring crest? He seems to have a way of getting away with things! Did notice that his house is still for sale. Where did he get the money to repay the association? What about Iott?
Wake up residents; we need knowlegeable people entrusted with our money.
ReplyDeleteI have always said, we need a management company to run our business.
Our Board members showed their inexperience in running a business. This is not a party for wine and cheese.
I hope they get a better lawyer than MJ Caldwell to represent their HOA.

ReplyDeleteVoting for Bubba and Barrie is par for the course for the Tony Tank Village crowd -- no wonder their treasurer got away with all that stuff.

ReplyDeleteTHOSE WHO FAIL TO REMEMBER THE PAST ARE CONDEMNED TO REPEAT IT...and those who chose to represent themselves have fools for clients.

SPD should go on strike. I'll bet that will get the administrations attention.
