On April 30, 2008 at approximately 12:09 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department arrested the below listed suspect as a fugitive from Fairfax County, Virginia. The suspect was wanted on an indictment in Fairfax County for involuntary manslaughter.
ARRESTED: Tammy Sue Farley, 47 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Fairfax County, Virginia, Grand Jury Indictment
Involuntary Manslaughter
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200800015090
On April 30, 2008 at approximately 7:04 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on routine patrol in the area of North U.S. Rt. 13 and stopped a vehicle occupied by the below listed suspects for traffic violations. During the traffic stop, Officers located a quantity of suspected heroin, suspected heroin paraphernalia, and prescription medication.
ARRESTED #1: Billy Ray Campbell, 25 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Possession of heroin paraphernalia
Possession of a controlled prescription
ARRESTED #2: Shaun Thomas Taylor, 21 years of age Eden, Maryland
CHARGES: Possession of heroin
DISPOSITON: Both suspects released to Central Booking CC # 200800015147
On April 30, 2008 at approximately 9:40 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on routine patrol in the area of U.S. Rt. 50 and Ward St. and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by the below listed suspect. During the traffic stop, the officer saw small baggies containing suspected marijuana in close proximity to the suspect. The suspect was searched and a quantity of suspect marijuana cigarettes were found.
ARRESTED: 17 year old juvenile Snow Hill, Maryland
CHARGES: Possession of marijuana
Possession of CDS/paraphernalia
DISPOSITION: Released to Juvenile Justice CC # 200800015148
HOW STUPID CAN YOU GET? When the flashing lights come on behind you and the policeman is stopping his car, put your baggies away! These stupid people deserve worse than what they're getting charged with.
