"OutLawz Nigga... We Hold Our Hood Down"

I think it should also be noted…“Religion: Christian – other”

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=157709439 – this one says 19yoa, but name is the same and a light skinned black man as well.

“Religion: Christian – other” – shocking!

“Occupation: Hustler”

Brandon Curtis is the 18 year old Wanted for a murder in Hebron yesterday.

  8. I attended a really fun talk by the district attorney's office about the gang issue in salisbury.

One fact they threw out was this ... a person's myspace page is not 'evidence' that can be used in court to convince a jury of innocence or guilt.

BUT... it CAN be used at sentencing. I think it was Dougherty that said he loves it when he can show a jury a now convicted thugs myspace page, and then show the jury things like

    Salisbury, Murderland
    Occupation: Hustling
    Hobbies: Killing cops

and then throws in the pictures of the individual throwing gang signs, pictures of them with drugs, guns, etc..

... and then let the jury go decide on sentencing.

  10. Anonymous 1:55,
I will agree with you on one thing, everyone does say that Brandon is a great kid. However, The Outlaw MySpace page does belong to Brandon, you will see a picture on MySpace page #2 that he named OUTLAWS, what a coincidence. Tell the whole truth both pages are his. But to the boy’s defense, people that know him are in shock, they say he is a Great Kid. I wonder what the Victim did to this Brandon or HIS MOM! I know I would defend my mother, maybe not to that point but I would. There are still a lot of questions to be answered, such as, whose weapon was it, could have been the victims and the tables turned? Could it of been that the victim was assaulting Brandon’s MOM? Please clarify, don’t leave us in the dark! He is Innocent until proven Guilty.

  11. I knew Brandon and his family for years. I have not really been around them much the past couple years to be honest, but I can not see him as the person he is being made to look like I know there has to be a reason. I did a little looking and here is what i found
    http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiry-index.jsp

go there enter the victims name Booker Gelzer he was 38. Also look at Brandon Curtis he was born in 1990. Brandon had no other charges until now in his life. I was not there and have not talked to anyone in his family to know what happened. As far as the Murderland thing on myspace many are listed from murderland maybe this is why

Just wanting to say everything is not always what it seems. Like I said I have not spoken with anyone involved in this, I just knew the child and I can't fathom the stretch to get him to this now. My heart goes out to all involved.

  12. Like oldfriend said you all dont know the whole story and the myspace crap is dumb he made it when he was 15 i was there when he did and what child doesnt put crap on their page and i kno that it wasnt right but you dont kno the whole story and it shouldnt matter to you because you arent going to pay for his lawyer you arent going to except his collect calls and you arent going to send him money to eat so just chill out mind you r buisness and stay out of the Curtis' okay do that for me i know the whole story and it will be soon that it comes out and he will be ok beacause that baby is blessed and every one makes him out to be such a bad guy! he is not so stop making it what it isn't! god give him a break! you all act like he shot the president!!!!!!

  14. The fact of the matter is most of today's kids have MYSPACE pages. Everyone knows that majority of what you put on a MYSPACE page is bull. For someone to make a comment about him without even knowing him or his situation is appalling. He is a GOOD KID who had no criminal record before this. So if he was a THUG why doesn't his background prove it. It is obvious that his MYSPACE page is bull. Plus he was 15 when he created it. Any one from Salisbury knows that over the last few years the murder rate has skyrocketed. Some are still unsolved. Don't crucify him, if you don't know him. I think he did what he had to. If you walked a mile in his shoes, you probably would have made the same choice.

  15. Look Im an Outlaw Boy too, we arent a gang, we all used to rap together. Thats all it was.... A rap group. Brandon wasn't a bad guy, he just made a bad decision. I know him and knew Booker personally. Im not justifying Brandon's actions by any means but where do you people get off by calling us thugs. We were you're average teens, lookin for a way out. B-Curt took the wrong turn. We got together and made music thats all. The only time we acted out is if we had a problem in the streets with other boys in the neighbor hood. So don't look a B like scum of the earth, myspace was just an image. I'm in control of the group now so any issues or questions people know how to reach me. -Pretty P
