Salisbury News is now live from anywhere and everywhere. I went into Verizon and bit the bullet for a wireless high speed connection so I can now be mobile and cover just about anything live. Things are about to change Ladies & Gentlemen. I am on the Downtown Plaza sending this Post as we speak. Next we'll try downloading a photo and see how that works. I'll be back.

ReplyDeleteKeep the local stuff coming -- but please cut back on the number of items by omitting stuff like that jury verdict in Kansas (and a lot less local police beat, too). They detract from the good items.
Amen 10:27...national tragedy I can get anywhere.
ReplyDeleteWish you could "column off" sports and police...good stuff, but cannot compare with coverage of city council meetings, mayor skullduggery, landfill scandal, WWTP, and yes, the happy stuff like community news and wildlife photos.
Stay focused, Joe. And please leave off the attacks about how people dress/look. You have no idea how much that undermines the good work done here.
Correct me if I'm wrong, Joe, but I believe the intent of showing the Kansas verdict was the link to the fatal accident in Hebron involving a firefighter?
ReplyDeleteI'll bet the link was the overzealous firefighter Joe photographed on Rt. 50 on Sunday, which he put on here and then proceeded to hear from everybody who has ever 1. been a firefighter
ReplyDelete2.Known a firefighter or 3.known someone with lights on their truck.
Stay focused, Joe. And please leave off the attacks about how people dress/look. You have no idea how much that undermines the good work done here.

Joe:
I love your blog.
But,I have to say I agree with the above post. You do so much good, and so often reveal the smoking gun, but sometimes I do cringe at the personal attacks based on a persons physical characteristics, whether deserved or not. I am afraid if those types of things continue, you will lose credibility with those you desire to continue alliances. I hope to see Salisbury News gain even more credibility. I believe so much more can be gained by taking the high road.
Nalagirl.
Nalagirl . . . ditto.
ReplyDeleteI very much agree with most of the posts Joe. ur excellent at what you do and ANY comment regarding someones looks or even your personal feelings towards them truly undermines your good work.
ReplyDeleteI believe we need you and the Salisbury News to get the real truth and to the bottom of many events/happenings/news as you do so so well.
Please Joe keep your personal feelings to yourself ...and remember what our mothers always told us. "If you can't say anything good about someone say nothing at all."
ty Joe for all your hard work!!!
