I Love My Firefighter

I've seen more "I want my vote back" Louise Smith bumper stickers and the "Enough is Enough" Barrie Tilghman bumper stickers than I have these "I Love My Firefighter" bumper sticker.

  1. Not trying to be an a$$ Joe, but what's your point? I've seen more old Erilch stickers than the ones you listed.

  2. This post doesn't really relate to this story, but I wanted to allude to the fact that our ever so industrious ABM gang has marked a new territory!
Thanks to the brilliant minds running the City of Salisbury, the thugs are claimng new areas. Their new insignia can be found on the Upper Ferry Stop sign heading west. Residents of that area shouldn't worry too much, Madam Mayor & her "don't mess with me" Chief are watching out for you.

  10. I would rather see these kind of bumper stickers (not window stickers) than the ones that say "My child is on the honor roll!"....So what if they are on the honor roll?
Who wants to read that on a car when stopped at a stop light? My dog is a purebred! Do I go around with a bumper sticker telling everyone about my dog?

  13. You know, that's funny that you mention that because I was just looking at the post again and thought, why the hell are so many people cracking on me for this post? Nevertheless, at least we all know what many of them are all about now anyway.

  14. no joe we know what youre about.maybe people dont want their picture randomly taken and posted on the internet by some blog reject. i know i would be pretty frustrated to see myself on the internet, i know there is no law saying you cant do it which is wrong but you should really have some respect when it comes to what you do out in public.

  16. no i dont but i see a license plate and a vehicle so you STFU hide behind your camer, phone, front door, and your blog because youll never have a big enough set to tell anyone that to their face and if you did i bet you got mike lewis on speed dial.

  18. Joe, it's pretty obvious that you starting this post was going to stir the pot. I know that you get some negitive comments from and about fire fighters and projects that SFD admin has put together. But there are many, career and vol. that care about the job and the people that they help and you need not put them all in the same boat. It would be cool if you could find some positive to go along with the negative.

  23. No bumper stickers should be allowed. Put them on your wall at your home. That like hanging a pair of your underwear out the car window so we can see if you wear boxers or briefs. We don't really care what you wear, think, etc. Express yourself at voting time.Having people trying to read bumper stickers is a distraction to drivers just like talking on a cell phone. Some people have had accidents while trying to get close enough to read the bumper stickers.

  24. You say that paid firefighters smell worse than vollies? How immature is that? I'm guessing you're around 12 years old by the 3rd grade insults. All firefighters, whether paid or not, put their ass on the line to save yours. And if they haven't done so yet, they will at one point in time. How did a picture of a window sticker turn into hateful comments and lame insults? I think a few of you either need anger management, or a job. You obviously have way too much time on your hands! (I love the window sticker BTW)
