So do tell us, accident investigator Albero, what happened? You should not be allowed to even get this close to a scene. You are not media. Your a pat yourself on the back moron with a stupid blog.
Thats because Joe is a nosey SOB. If his family or family member was in that truck would he like it if someone had posted these pictures on a blog site.
Tha Daily Times said, "SALISBURY: Route 50 crash victim identified - 5:12 PM" They go on to actually name the 44 year old dead man. Are you over there on story chat bitching them out too? Nope, I looked.
No dead body huh? Look at your damn pictures Joe. There is a dead mans arm and hand sticking up right next to the firefighter in the last picture,as they are cutting him out of the truck. As far as the Daily Times being there. Dudek beat you to the punch and had something posted way before you did. Get over yourself you coward.
Like I've said in the past. The DT has 200 employees. I can only be in one place at a time and MY visitors appreciate the fact that I delivered it, period.
The funny part about your comment though is, my Wife saw the accident right after it happened, literally. I'm talking when the steam and fire was going. She called me immediately and I said, it's an accident. I am not driving all the way out there to take a picture of an accident. Don't get me wrong, I thanked her for letting me know but even she realized, yeah, it's an accident.
When I was heading into town to be with my Grandson on a field trip, I came across the accident STILL there. That's when I chose to take a few shots.
As for the dead body, you're right, I believe I do see a hand there and unless you were sitting on the guys face, like the Firefighter is, I, nor anyone else would have ever caught that, so thanks for being an a$$hole.
I also RESPECTFULLY left before they extracted the body. I thought it was FIRST CLASS, watching those Firefighters drape the area off to people driving past on Rt. 50 not exposing the body to them. My hat is tipped to ALL of you, as there were 10 or so blocking off everyone's view.
I have a picture of that as well but unless I get requests at this point I'll simply have it on record.
So as for being there first and Dudek beating me to it, I have the utmost respect for Todd, any good photographer would. However, sadly, when they show that picture tomorrow, not today, in the DT it will be blurry and that won't be because Todd didn't take a great picture. It's because they SUCK in the Printing a Pre Press Departments and that's a $6.5 million dollar screw up.
Oh, the DT posted the accident at 5:12 PM, Idiot! I had it up well before them.
The Gentleman was deceased at the scene with injuries incompatiable with life. Once a person is pronouced dead on a scene. The victim remains in place until the investigation is completed by the Maryland State Police and Office of the State Medical examiner.
That may be. The only one I saw was at 5:12. I'm not going back there to look and wait 10 minutes for it to download.
Oh, I'm not sure if it was on this Post of not but for the person that asked why I don't get satalite internet access, we tried it, spent $1,200.00 to get it installed and it was slower than dial up. On a night like tonight, you have no access either! The rain and clouds block off access.
The DT could fix that problem and as I look and see how many people come here from their Library account, there's a ton of dial up access to the Internet still.
Joe, I smell hateration on this Blog. Get over yourselves, it’s just a blog, to who ever is being NASTY to JOE, don’t hate him cuz you aint him, (ghetto) LOL, Joe got that from a movie. HAHAHA, LIVE, LOVE, LEARN. GET A LIFE
6:43 PM, Based on what you wrote and picking out the fact that you see an arm in the pic, we are safe to assume that you were at the seen, and knew that the arm was in that position, or you are wearing binoculars. I had to look carefully to pick that detail out. Coward hah, But yet you come here and pick the detail that I'm sure no one else noticed. So who's the coward.
River Rat, all I can tell you is, I would never intend to show a hurt or deceased person in an accident. I'll always have critics as long as I'm #1. ;-)
Yeah Im Back!Nice to see you are still pissing people off all over Delmarva lol. PS-Never attempt to "fix" your own computer unless you are a pro-valuable lesson learned!

Uh, Know it All, it is the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner(OCME). It kills me how all of these wannabe farmin think they are experts at what they do. ROTFLMAO!!
After reading all these comments, my first instinct was to say that these critical folks should find another hobby, if reading Joe's blog bothers them so much. Then I realized that I'd spent several minutes reading it myself, so perhaps even his harshest critics actually REALIZE that they appreciate the entertainment value. I know I sure do! Keep doing what you do, Joe. Agree or disagree, it's certainly preferable to the DT.
You must be one of those know it all ME's. BTW how much do you get per body again? Is still $50 dollars...
However, the op may have the office title wrong. He/she must have posted factual information because you felt a need to only bash the office title and not the facts to why the body remaind in place.

ReplyDeleteBUT HE GETS THE JOB DONE!!!!
ReplyDeleteWANDA DISHAROON
( YOU SEE I SIGN MY NAME )
Have no fear... Joe was perfectly leagal and behind the fire tape
ReplyDeleteI'm confused by the article. It says the truck died on impact. Shouldn't it say the DRIVER died? :)
ReplyDeleteThats because Joe is a nosey SOB. If his family or family member was in that truck would he like it if someone had posted these pictures on a blog site.
ReplyDeleteOk. So the Ford Pick Up Died on Impact with the tree. I presume the drive did also.
ReplyDeleteIve yet to see a tree lose that fight.
Where was the truck towed to, the tires still look good?
ReplyDeleteanonymous 4:36,
ReplyDeleteWhat's your deal? It's a Red freakin truck wrecked into a tree. There's no blood, no dead body, it's a fatal accident with no names. GET OVER IT!
Oh, maybe it's the Daily Times and they didn't get a camerman to the scene? Oh, that's right, they use Wayne Barrall for those shots.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, see you in Court Wednesday, Wayne.
It's been a long day, anonymous 4:33. You're somewhat right, so I corrected the Post. Thanks
ReplyDeleteanonymous 4:36,

One of two companies are extremely jealous here. The Fire Department or the Daily Times!
ReplyDeleteEither way, they're both full of a-holes.
Why did it take them more than 2 hours to get this guy out of the truck? I thought they were professionals?
ReplyDeleteThe Gentleman was deceased at the scene with injuries incompatiable with life. Once a person is pronouced dead on a scene. The victim remains in place until the investigation is completed by the Maryland State Police and Office of the State Medical examiner.
ReplyDeleteFYI The DT's first story on their website was at 10:48
ReplyDeleteThat may be. The only one I saw was at 5:12. I'm not going back there to look and wait 10 minutes for it to download.

ReplyDeleteJoe is a REAL MAN. All men want to be him.
ReplyDeleteJR is back!
ReplyDeleteThis victim happens to be a good freind and neighbor of my employer. He had just left his home after a heated argument with his wife.
ReplyDeleteThis guy was so young yet 44, and I know his brother. His parents are still alive and will have to endure buring their own son.
My condolences go out to all of his family and freinds. RIP

ReplyDeleteAlso kudos to all the fireman and rescue people they did a fine repectable job.
ReplyDeleteJoe
ReplyDeleteThese people are f*** nuts. I had to get a magnifying glass out to find the arm.
