Are You Freakin Kidding Me?

Have YOU seen today's Daily Times? Now look, I have better things to do than sit here all day picking on The Daily Times. However, Greg Latshaw's article on Debbie & Terry is just ridiculous.

You want to see contention. WATCH another Council Member show up ON PURPOSE just to create their so called quorum! Don't suggest it's all Debbie & Terry's fault they are the MINORITY!

As you can clearly see, I'm NOT at al happy with the article and or the other Council Members. You see, they work for US! Debbie & Terry are simply offering every possible angle they can to provide a more open form of Government and with the help of the Daily Times, this is going to crush their attempt.

Greg Latshaw is a decent guy but for some odd reason, I see Joe Carmean and Greg Bassett all over this article and perhaps Greg is now feeling the impact of trying to write one piece and it getting hacked up by upper management. This is when you see most Reporters getting fed up and leaving within the next couple of months.

It was nice knowing you Greg.

  1. Obviously there are still many wrongdoings and mammoth sized skeletons in the city council closet that the mayor and her cronies don't want exposed--the blogs have brought out ALL of the information about the city shenanigans--isn't it obvious why they don't want the blogs? Between the county and city Salisbury is starting to make D.C. look good!

  2. Sherrie-Sample Hugh's has been doing community meetings for quite a while, just like our representatives should. All of a sudden it's not ethical to get citizens involved?

On their blog is a link for the Homestead application that many people should go ahead and get applied.

Some just don't want an informed public.

  3. So in the last 24 hours, this is what we have learned about the government of Salisbury, and its elected officials:

-If you are Council President, you can have a public information program broadcast in order to inform the citizenry of your ideas, decisions, and beliefs, since you are for overnment in the sunshine.

-If you are a council member who disagrees with the Council President on most issues, you can not have a public infromation forum (such as a blog or citizen meeting) to inform the citizenry of your ideas, decisions, and beliefs or obtain feedback from them because you must be a champion only for dissention and discord. Shame on you.

-If you are a member of the council that agrees with the Council President, you simply need to sit there and agree, and blame others for any challenges, since "they should spend more time workin' fo he people and less time complainin' 'bout some of 'em."

-If you are Mayor of Salisbury, you obtain the power of knowing all there is to know about the health of the Wicomico River and the so-called "health-risks" potentially posed, and have the clair'voyance to know the sources of such matters. "Pollution? Poppycock and horserubbish! It is Mearly the birds and dogs and the rain? I mean, you could catch and fish from this river, cook it up, and eat it right now. Well, i mean, you could. I wouldn't, but feel free"

And this place is one of America's 100 Best? What the hell are the other 99 like?

  4. Have you all seen the "Not Nuts" guy on the Daily Times Story Chat pages? He's really going off the deep end with his hatred of Debbie & Terry. Thankfully most of the commenters on there shoot his lies down with facts every time he spews them. Looks like he'll have to stop using the "Not Nuts" moniker (because he clearly is nuts) and go to a new name soon. Oh and his latest rant is this threatening - Debbie's going to pay for testifying in court concerning the Doug Church house. First, most of what she testified to as to Insley's bias and disgusting behavior was witnessed by others so there is corroboration and second, the stuff she testified to concerning the 4 to 2 legislation she prefaced each comment with "I don't have the records in front of me to know exactly" but this is what I recall. She is extremely honest and thorough and it's amazing the abuse she puts up with from this Administration and the SAPOA cronies. They're all going down very soon and they won't even see it coming, because it's coming from a very different direction than the Dirty Dozen and their supporters. I can't wait to see pictures of all these crooks being led out of their offices in handcuffs and watching their illegally gotten goods being confiscated.

  5. Don't count on their illegally gotten goods being confiscated or them being hauled off in cuffs. Who is going to cuff them? Chief Webster? Bwahahahahahaha not in this lifetime.

  6. I have been deeply disturbed by the tone from NOtNuts on this one, his inference to "C" is clearly a thinly veiled use of the most vile word for a women, rhymes with punt. I e-mailed the DT and asked for them to remove those comments as they were extremely disturbing. That person seems most agitated by Debbie and also by Duke Shannahan, I don't think it is Cathcarts, my guess is it is Richard Insley, by his viciousness when it comes to Debbie. If the daily Times has any decency at all, they will prevent comments that refer to these fine ladies as "C"'s and "B"'s.

  7. I think NotNuts is Doug Church, he runs an anti-Albero site and seems obsessed with Scrotums. He is also a slumlord, has nothing else to do but be on the computer during the day. He is also the owner of the property in the lawsuit.
