Major Accident In Pasonsburg

Major accident in Parsonsburg on Dagsboro Road. They're shutting down the road, 5
ambulances on route and calling in a Helicopter. I'm told 2 people were killed. More to come.

Two young men died from one vehicle. The people in the other vehicle involved are OK.

  2. Trooper 4 just left at 10:32 by my clock. Was it intersection related?

  3. What time did the accident happen? Do you know?

  4. I do believe Trooper 4 was at an MVC in Bishopville at the same time. MSP extremely busy tonight.

Station 6 Parsonsburg dispatched. Upgraded repquest for Pittsvilles rescue truck and 5 ambulances from Parsonsburg, Pittville, Willards and Salisbury Station 2. Apparently it occured on Dagsboro Road near the hunt club.

  5. I've been told that the boys were both alive when the rescue folks arrived on scene. The firemen and medics worked feverishly to free them both but the damage to the vehicle was so severe that both young men lost their pulses before they could be extracated. Whether the medics were able to get a pulse back on either of them isn't clear but I was told they both expired. I was also told that this accident has taken an emotional toll on some of the personnel present during the rescue. Where would we be without the volunteers who give so much of themselves every day. Thanks Y'all.

  7. I know many of the Parsonsburg Volunteers and they are good people unlike the majority of the paid fireman we see on hear spewing their hatred. Something happens to these people when they get a paid job. To the good volunteers in Wicomico County we love you and thank you for a job well done.

  8. Delmar High School's website lists the names of the two who lost their lives. There is a gathering of friends of the students going on now at the school.

  9. Salisbury has volunteers too if you didn't know.

  10. This is a terrible tragedy involving young people, and word is getting out who they are.

PLEASE keep all comments re: this in good taste and keep the families in your prayers. I am sure this had a profound effect on rescuers. How could it not, bless them.

    There is much sadness today.

  17. Everyone should focus on the tragedy here - set your differences aside and think about these two families that will never have those precious moments with their sons again. Be thankful and remember them in your thoughts and prayers.

Uh, she's there taking spelling classes? Do tell all of us, why aren't you there with your freakin daughter, liar?

  22. None of this is funny. Sadly, two children died in this accident and some Idiot is trying to claim their daughter was involved. I happen to agree. Why would you be on here blogging and not at the Hospital with your daughter? I personally believe it's yet another anti Albero Blogger playing sick games and or another sorry ass Fire Fighter.

If your daughter was in the JHU ICU you wouldn't be reading/posting on this blog. You are a sick, dumb f##king asshole to post something like this.

God bless the people involved in this accident and God bless the rescuers.

I have talked to Ms. Johnson's step father. The gentleman who posted earlier is who he says he is. He has his reasons for not being in Baltimore. He is very upset that you, Joe, and your commenters have disputed who he is and the seriousness of Ms. Johnson's condition. His step daughter has very serious leg injuries and the outcome is unknown. I think this is a horrible way to treat someone. Also he says, and I quote, "I'll kick [Joe's] ass anytime, anywhere."

  30. anonymous 6:03,

I don't buy your BS and that's the last non related comment going up on here.

As for the challenge, get in line.

  31. Mr. Albero, you will be buying it, guarantee your ass that. Just had an update, FYI, they will be performing a second surgery on her ankle, the other leg is in a cast. Thanks for your concern.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I'll be buying it, what, with my life? You've already admitted you're the Father, or is it Step Father of the GIRL that was injured and allegedly shipped off to Baltimore.

Let me explain a little something to you, asshole. First of all, I've been in a major car accident at 17 tears old. Ruptured spleen, punctured lungs, multiple broken bones, I've been in one of these serious accidents and if there ANYBODY who understands what these people are going through, it's ME!

That being said, YOU count your blessings your loved ones are alive and quit your freakin bellyaching while two other Families have forever lost their children.

You sick SOB's that get on here and ACT like you're tough guys for no reason whatsoever just to get me pissed are sick individuals.

Go cry to someone else about your broken bones. I'd be thankful and grateful everyone else is alive. The road to recovery is usually worse than the injuries too. However, from the sounds of an a$$hole like you, you will never understand that either.

  33. Just for the record. Kyle Dixon's father, grandfather, cousins, and uncles served many years with the salisbury Fire Deptment.
