If you look closely at the first photo, (click on images to enlarge) you can clearly see the difference in color in the water as the discharge is following the current. Are they supposed to be bleaching the river? Looks like it's time for the MDE to come back to the Eastern Shore?
What is all that stuff floating? Isn't this a protected waterway?
ReplyDeleteActually they DO bleach the discharge in a way. Chlorine is added at the end of treatment, but it is supposed to be neutralized before discharge.
ReplyDeleteJoe:
ReplyDeleteTake a sample and sent to MDE
Thanks in advance.
Lets pool some money together and pay for independent lab testing and send the results to the MDE. Then we'd all know the truth.
