French Broker Loses Billions

A French Stock Broker manipulated funds in the billions and tried covering it up. The company caught onto him but did not go to the Police and it is feared he may have left the Country. More to come........

    I guess he shoulda bought those "skunk bonds" that the City of Salisbury sold to fund the subsidy deal ("TIF") for the old mall --

    THe fraud was perpetuated by ONE broker supposedly, if one person can pull off a 7 Billion dollar fraud it is easy to see how certain city employees and politicians could be skimming from the taxpayers.
