Armed Robbery in North Salisbury

The Shell station on North Salisbury Blvd. across from the Lowe's store has just been robbed. The suspects are two young, black males and were carrying semi-automatic weapons. They should be considered armed and dangerous.

Officers from the Wicomico County Sheriff's Department, the Salisbury Police Department and the Maryland State Police responded. At present officers are searching for the two suspects.

  1. Mayor Barrie Tilghman needs to go & take her incompetant chief of police with her. Salisbury is no longer becoming, but has become a breeding ground for young, well armed thugs & gangs.

  3. Now THAT'S ridiculous! Where did the crime happen? Salisbury! Who's the 10th Most Dangerous City in America? Salisbury? Why? Because, well, YOU go figure it out. I'm in the middle of a lawsuit!

  4. Welcome to Salisbury where crime does not take a holiday. Tell the officers to go check out the crack dealers in Baysinger. If these idiots committed armed robbery in the middle of the day I'm sure they need a fix.

  6. You know I'm not a big fan of the Chief or the Mayor in any regard. However, if you want change to come to Salisbury, it starts at the top!! And I'm talking about the State of Maryland. If Maryland wasn't so liberal and we didn't just slap the wrists of juveniles and send them right back to the streets, then we wouldn't have near enough problems as we are having right now. Drug dealers give all their drugs to juveniles, because the juveniles will not do any time for the crime, just a slap on the wrists.

  7. It is clear that citizens are not safe in Salisbury. Our criminal justice and juvenile justice system is broken. Juveniles, drug users, and “gang” members are committing the majority of all serious crimes within the city. Many of the “gang” members are committing crimes as an initiation. You can legally carry a firearm, registered to you in Maryland, on your person, at either your home or business. You cannot transport the firearm to/from your business while wearing it (you will be arrested for this, concealed or otherwise without a Maryland Firearms Permit). While transporting the firearm must be disassembled in your truck (or unloaded and the ammo needs to be separate from the firearm - not in the cabin of the vehicle). You can also wear your firearm on your hip (displayed) while at your place of business or home.

Yeah, then when you shoot one of these sorry SOB's you will be carried off to jail, put through the mill as if you were the criminal and then every bleeding heart liberal will be there pointing the finger at you because the crook was beaten as a child or is on drugs or lost his/her job or doesn't have an education or the sun didn't shine on their sorry ass that particular day. You name the excuse the cry babies will come up with it for the crook. The hell with the honest hard working person, let's look out for the best interest of the criminal. Maryland and its laws make me sick.

  9. Welcome to Maryland, thge state where criminals have more rights than those of the victims of the heinous crimes. Worry about the criminal's rights not being violated.... did they worry about violating anyone elses rights? As for juveniles thats even worse. DJJ doesn't want to do anything with them so they are back on the street within an hour.

  10. Well I agree but, these people have to be stopped. Maybe store owners shooting them will curb some of the problems.
