Local Fire Fighter Arrested

On Thanksgiving Day, a local Fire Fighter came to my home aggressively banging on my front door and scaring my 6 year old Grandson. Heck, most of you know the whole story. Nevertheless, I have received a multitude of e-mail messages asking if I would confirm he in fact was arrested for his activity. The document above clarifies this matter.

I would strongly recommend ANYONE who wants to visit my home confirm such BEFORE they think of coming as far too many threats on me and my Family have positioned me to defend ourselves from this point forward.

My property is and always has been posted with No Trespassing Signs, meaning, stay out. As I am confident Mr. Barrall is regretting his decision to enter my property illegally and knowingly doing so, it's a shame it had to come to this.

  1. Why must your entry be titled "Local Fire Fighter Arrested"? If you step back and honestly look at the incident, it makes no difference if he is a firefighter, an astronaut, or a convenience store clerk.

  2. Well Brent,

Let's look at that for a minute. A juvenile had issues the other day at a local School the other day and was the Son of a State Trooper.

All too many people immediately went on the rampage talking about him being a Trooper's Son, yet he was not a State Trooper.

Whenever my Father In Law wrote to the Editor of the local newspaper, he was pointed out at the end as being the Father of Jennifer Albero who is suing the City of Salisbury.

The issue was over a Post referencing an accident whereas Wayne was there and he wanted me posting comments I refused to do on a Fire Fighter matter. In anger he came to my home and the rest is history.

I believe the title is just fine. Start handling yourself more professionally and titles like this shouldn't happen. However, it is what it is and I'm perfectly comfortable with it.

Perhaps I should have titled it, Local Daily Times Photographer Gets Arrested? Would that make you feel any better?

  3. i think the title fits just fine joe. it is what it is, a man who just happens to be a fire fighter came to your door and got arrested. if he didnt act like that or do what he did he would not have been arrested.

people shouldnt be so damn sensitive. if he was an astronaut it would say astronaut arrested lmao.

  4. Joe, I think that the heading is VERY appropriate...is that not what he represents himself to be???

  5. And we all know that all firemen are not like that. As it has already been said, "It is what it is."

When the President's daughters were caught drinking the news didn't report them as the daughters of the "Former Governor of Texas," or daughters of the "Former owner of the Texas Rangers."

I agree, didn't he represent himself as a firefighter and attempted to attack you due to some comments on the coveted so called fire forum calle the watchdesk?

  7. You know Joe, I was a firefighter for just under ten years locally. I'm embarrassed by the actions of these folks. Brotherhood? Please. Where are these guys when the stuff really hits the fan?

It is a shame that some folks are not more "thick skinned."

I'm glad that "justice" is stepping into this situation. I would remove this individual from the service forever.
