It's Witching Hour, I Have To Go!







Some call it Happy Hour, others call it Witching Hour? All I can tell you is, this past Monday Night, Barrie Tilghman was outta there faster than the speed of light once the brewing hour started. I personally think IF the Mayor is going to sit in on the meeting, she should be forced to stay the entire time. New Rule!
