Most recently, (as many of you know) I called 911 and guess what I received? Maryland 911 Center. Now I live in Delaware several miles from the property on Jersey Road in Maryland that was on fire yesterday. The IDEA that you guys from the Fire Department want to SUGGEST they would have reached Delaware 911 is complete BS!
NO, you're wrong, didn't happen, NICE TRY! NEXT!
joe it depends on where they called from..honestly. people have been transfered from sussex many times due to hitting those towers. i'm telling you the center recieved no calls from the people stating they called. it needs to be investigated because wicomico 911 is not at fault!
ReplyDeleteThat ? was asked once in a conversation and if they are right anything south of 54 is handled by Wicomico.I am not sure about that though!Plus I don't know were you live either!!Anon 631 you are right if you give the address and its not in there area that they cover it transfered..
ReplyDeleteThey called from a land line. End of story.
ReplyDeleteHowever, IF you'd like to meet me there at the property in 5 minutes I'll allow you to call 911 from my very own cell phone and you'll get Maryland 911. Wanna try?
ReplyDeleteYea I bet you will call 911 to try and have one of us arestted again!
ReplyDeleteYou got me stumped Joe.What ever happened something got messed up somewhere! Its something the home owners should look into and file a complaint!
ReplyDeleteno i don't want to try because i already know what happened..no need to waste the time just wait until it's investigated so you can be proved wrong. we'll see what really happened soon enough i'm sure.
ReplyDeleteFunny cause earlier you said they looked through their cell phone and found the delmar firemans phone number, that they called. Things that make you go hmmmmm??
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly right. While the Father was trying to save $100,000.00 worth of equipment in the chicken house as well as animals and the Son couldn't get through to 911, he recalled the number on his cell phone and called with 2nd degree burns on his hands. Hmmmmmmmmm!
ReplyDeleteHe called an individual, not 911!
ReplyDeleteWhat equipment and animals were in the chicken house? Wasn't there supposed to be a controlled burn in less than a week?
ReplyDeleteThese are not firemen you are conversing with, I'll put money on that. These are the shit stirrers from the anti albero blogs just trying to get you fired up again. They are not worth the bandwidth.

Joe, didn't you say that John Culver was doing a controlled burn on a chicken house, and that he had personally set it all up with Delmar Fire Department? Maybe that's why he called This Delmar FF, because he couldn't get through to 911
WHICH MEANT HE HAD HIS CELL PHONE IN HAND...
ReplyDeleteMan, you are dense.
ReplyDeletesorry for the typo....VERGE OF ANOTHER COUNTY,"You" CAN GET THE OTHER OUTLYING COUNTIES....
ReplyDeleteThe post plainly stated the son tried unsuccessfully to contact 911he was disconnected, then told to call Verizon call center. The father tried to call 911, same scenario so he called the firefighter that he made contact with concerning the controlled burn and alerted him to what was going on. The firefighter then made the calls necessary to get the emergency personnel moving. He also stated the chicken house was scheduled as a controlled burn for this coming Saturday. The fire broke out BEFORE the controlled burn took place. If there was equipment in the chicken house don't you think it possible they were storing this equipment in there until it had to be moved out to accomodate the controlled burn? What is so hard to understand?
ReplyDeleteAnon 752, they don't believe in common sense. They believe in manipulating facts to show themselves to be petty assed jackasses.
ReplyDeleteWatchful, I think they have trouble with reading comprehension. Some english speaking people need someone to interpret the language, or so it seems.
ReplyDeleteI thought this site was Sbynews not Wicnews Joe stay in Salisbury, leave the county to soemone else
