Why Isn't The Mayor & Chiefy Suing Bill Duvall?????
Today, Bill Duvall puts up the following Post. My question is, why aren't they suing him?
"SBYNEWS RED NET ALERT !!!
SBYNEWS has an amazing exclusive this morning, and Chiefy Webster handed it to us on a silver platter!!!
Go to the Salisbury Police Department Website and look at the page of Salisbury's most wanted criminals. THIS IS IT!!!
Now let me flat out assure you, respectfully, right here and now, Ladies and Gentlermen, that over 50 % of the population of the City consists are HONKIES. Yet Chiefy's list of most wanted does not include even one HONK!!!
There it is; proof positive that Chiefy is a bigot, and so is the mayor!!! All of that being said, it is clear that sbynews is the only place you will hear about this outragous conduct by the man who disrespects his "roll" ( like that one ?) in the community by wearing a coat and tie instead of jack boots and a Gilbert & Sullivan costume like the great Mussolini!!!

Seems to me they would HAVE to sue him for defamation, if they now want their cases to be legitimate?
I am offended by the word Honky! Take this off your website now or I will report this to the WAACP! Thanks

Good point Joe. That's why i come here.
ReplyDeleteIs Honky in the dictionary?

That man sure don't discriminate -- honky, wet-back, whatever.
ReplyDeleteRemember Howard Cosell?
Exactly why you have nothing to worry about legally. Save this and tuck it away in a safe place, and ready it for "Defendant's Exhibit #1."
ReplyDeleteGood job.
Actually, wouldn't it be NAAWP?

We will always have race issues with you losers always bringing them back up
ReplyDeleteJoe. Twice in one scroll down the page. Mayor and Cheif are plural. Your verbs much match that. 'Aren't' they, not 'isn't'. Thanks, and I'll keep the rest of my grammar nerd comments to myself.
ReplyDeleteThat's the same group of pictures that we looked at during our last crime watch meeting 10/02/2007 Thanks to Sargent Sweikert of SPD (SP?).
ReplyDeleteI'll even add that Mike Lewis posted those pictures at least a month ago on a morning WBOC alert to be on the lookout.
Joe, they (including Duvall) will probably claim that he was making fun of YOU, so it doesn't mean that HE is defaming them, YOU are! LOL
ReplyDeleteJoe:
ReplyDeleteThe last anonymous before this must have known your grammar.
Dee, Dee, Dee (why don't you do that no more?).
Joe...
ReplyDeletelook at what they are being charged with...its not that there are no "honkies" as you call them that are high priority criminals, but did it ever occur to you that these arent traffic violations? Maybe at this time there are no "honkies" that are wanted for such serious crime! How could you justify putting someone on the sight and listing them as "most wanted" just to have a "honky" on there when these people are wanted for something more serious?
They can't sue Duvall. Paul Wilber is his lawyer.
ReplyDeleteNO, Paul Wilber is allegedly his COEIU Agent and that would be a conflict of interest.
ReplyDeletemore racist comments toward white people. We must recognize that racism is not just black and white, when you call white people , Honkies, crackers, whitey, you are throwing around racist terms just like the word nigger, wop, or spic. You must understand that racism crosses all lines not just the black line. Yea go ahead and call the Naawp or the klan or whoever but just keep in mind, everyone is from somewhere else today, we all enjoy the benifits that come from our culture. When you call someone a good ol boy, brown, whitey, spic wop whatever you are a true racist just as the one who calls a black person a nigger.
