Was this photo taken today? I called the 911 center (non-emergency number) on Monday to report this and have them contact someone to fix it. Apparently some one dropped the ball...
That was hit early last week by a dump truck and it was reported to Salisbury Public Works as it belongs to them. Don't know why they have not fixed it yet.
Anon #2, that is a Delmarva Power pole, not City of Salisbury. I've seen Delmarva Power come and remove other damaged poles since they are paid to maintain them by the state.
