TALK TO THE HAND!


As Mayor Barrie Tilghman tries to sell former Councilwoman Lynn Cathcart on something or other, Lynn quickly tells her she's not going to take that kind of BS any more and tells the Mayor, talk to the hand cuz she ain't listenin. ROTFLMAO!
