WTF? Westwood was going to be this great commercial boon to Salisbury. Now that they're annexed, they're switching to residential/retail crap?

And of course, they were attached to Sassafras, and all of it was rammed through along with Hearne before the great Annexation Policy that Bubba likes to tout.
Hope the Maulers are still out there in case they screw up THIS PDD, LOL!
