Rumor Has It Mike Lewis Has Hired Gary Baker As His Second In Command

    According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's website, Gary Baker is listed as the Chief Deputy (and second on the list behind Mike Lewis.)

    If it's not confirmation, I would file that under "compelling evidence."
