Downtown Parking On Wednesday

A Meter Maid, A Police Officer on a Bicycle doing his best, graffiti all over Downtown and illegal parking everywhere, especially on the Plaza. I think it's time they start ticketing the business that allows these cars to park outside their office since these people can't seem to walk too far and must illegally park where there's no parking.
