Why Take Your Trash To The Dump When You Can Just Dump It In The Stream Next To Pep Boys Like Everyone Else Does?

    Joe,

    Go into Pep Boys and see the "shade" of the customers in there. That might explain why there is trash next to Pep Boys and in the 70% rental properties around town.

    This is not the only place people are dumping trash.Take a ride down Stage Road in Delmar,MD maybe it's because of the appliance junk yard. Then turn onto Williams Mill Pond. Trash is everywhere. Even a dresser has been thrown into the stream with the old tires and bags hung on the trees. You would think "someone" from state roads who rides by it everyday would take notice and do something.
