    Mike Dunn was quoted only a couple of months ago as stating it would only cost around one million dollars to clean it up and demolish it. A few months in this City always seems to make millions of dollars difference. $4 million for the Fire station, now $10 million. $18 million for the Salisbury Zoo, now $36 million. Barrie Tilghman and Crew are all full of shit.
