    CHECK THIS OUT GANG.
    I wanted to provide you a brief update. We have given the city several weeks for an opportunity to respond and despite several calls, cannot seem to get any information directly from them. Therefore we are sending your concerns directly to the EPA. This may result in the EPA contacting MDE for direct jurisdiction, however hopefully at least this action will elevate the level of attention. We regret the delay, but can assure you we now share in your level of frustration.
