I Thought $200,000.00 Was Too Little For This Building!
There were several of us who were immediately interested in this building when it went up for sale. We'd call and inquire about it and we'd be told, you can't go inside, we can't show it to you. The next thing we knew, (hours later) it was under contract for the full price.
Once again it was Henry Hannah behind the low priced deal, just like the Old Union Railroad Station. This simply tells me I'll never do business with this man.
Nevertheless, the building was sold and immediately another Real Estate Sign went up in place of Henry Hannah's and they flipped the building immediately. Mr. David Moore was quick enough to land a deal the first time and smart enough to flip it for a quick buck, that's his right and I congratulate him. However, the building was donated to a non profit group, Henry listed it for far below market value, (IMO) and someone else profitted from a smarter deal.
Henry needs to hang up his hat and retire because he's losing money for everyone he cuts a deal with any more.
I do.
