In recent weeks traveling Rt.50 through Salisbury at night with paving going on was a nightmare. I slow darn near to a stop and workers stand on the edge or in the travel portion. I know they are during the best with the conditions they are in, but with all the lights blinding drivers passing through, you can't see anything. One MSP SUV with blinding lights had the rear of the vehicle hanging in the travel portion of the road open for travelers. <br />Then, get up the road Eastward and two black girls are walking at a very slow rate crossing in front of me near the post office. I had to slam on brakes and nearly ran them over. Do you think they would move faster? NO. I don't know what is in someone else's mind, but it appears to me that they all thing the oncoming headlights cover them and they can be seen. Such is not the case when headlights approaching in fact blind the driver, same as emergency lights do. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
