Kentucky became the latest state to adopt a permit-less gun-carry system when Republican governor Matt Bevin signed Senate Bill 150 into law on Monday.
The law will allow anyone who is over the age of 21 to legally carry a concealed firearm on their person so long as they are legally allowed to possess a firearm under state and federal law. It eliminates the state's previous permitting system as well as the training requirements and fees associated with it. Kentucky is now the 16th state to adopt permit-less carry, often called "constitutional carry," and the third to do so this year.

ReplyDeleteNOPE.
DeleteAnd dark blue Maryland just keeps on taking away citizens rights until they have eliminated the ability for any law-abiding citizen to own one. Only the Federal government (unlikely) or the SCOTUS will stop our legislators from completely taking away our 2nd amendment rights.
