Rescued Migrant Woman Was Not Mother of Children She Brought Across Border

Border Patrol agents rescued a woman traveling with three children not her own after they became stranded in the middle of the Rio Grande River border with Mexico. Officials told Breitbart Texas the children traveling with the woman were unaccompanied minors.

The woman was also crossing with another and her two children.

Border Patrol officials indicated the two women put the minors in dangerous conditions while attempting to cross the border illegally.

Border Patrol officials told Breitbart Texas that they frequently find adults traveling with unaccompanied minors who attempt to claim they are family members.

Ted Cruz Calls Dems’ Bluff, Submits Bill to Close Border Loophole

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz has drafted a “Protect Kids and Parents Act” that would end the separation of migrant parents from their children and would offer emotional solace to the many Democrats, Hollywood figures and establishment GOP players who are urging that something be done.

“We can fix this,” Cruz said in a reassuring Monday statement, adding:

"If my Democratic colleagues will join me-- not play politics, but work to solve the problem-- we can start to end family separation this week."

Cruz’s fix will ensure family unity by keeping migrant parents and their children in government centers until their legal cases are completed, and until they are either sent home or accepted into the United States:

"While these cases are pending, families should stay together. Children belong with their mothers and fathers. Once their cases have been adjudicated — under my legislation, in no longer than 14 days — those who meet the legal standard should be granted asylum and those who don’t should be immediately returned to their home country."

Homeland's Nielsen: 10,000 of the Kids Didn't Have Parents Entering US

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen called on Congress to change laws she said force the government to separate immigrant children from parents who cross the U.S. border unlawfully and called Democrats who say the Trump administration is using the controversy for political leverage “very cowardly.”

Nielsen both defended President Donald Trump’s family separation policy at a White House briefing on Monday and maintained that it wasn’t his creation, but rather a consequence of the government’s prosecution of immigrants apprehended illegally crossing the border.

“Parents who entered illegally are, by definition, criminals,” Nielsen said. “Here is the bottom line: DHS is no longer ignoring the law.”

Nielsen said that previous administrations had also at times separated children from immigrant parents at the border, though “their rate was less than ours.”

"So I want to be clear on a couple of other things," Nielsen said. "The vast majority, vast, vast majority of children who are in the care of H.H.S. right now — 10,000 of the 12,000 — were sent here alone by their parents. That is when they were separated. So somehow we’ve conflated everything.

"But there is two separate issues. 10,000 of those currently in custody were sent by their parents with strangers to undertake a completely dangerous and deadly travel alone. We now care for them. We have high standards. We give them meals, we give them education, we give them medical care. There is videos, there is TVs, I visited the detention centers myself — that would be my answer to that question."

Dem House Candidate Won’t Say How He’d Fund $32 Trillion ‘Medicare for All’ Plan

Jeff Beals, a Democratic candidate in New York's 19th congressional district, on Monday gave a strange response to incumbent Rep. John Faso's (R., N.Y.) question on how he would raise $32 trillion to fund a "Medicare for All" health-care plan.

Faso on Friday tweeted that Beals' silence on how he would pay for the health-care plan was "deafening," citing a Vox.com study from last year that said the policy would "likely result in the largest tax increase in modern American history."

"[Eleven] days until the #NY19 Primary, & @JeffBealsNY19's silence on how he'd pay for his single payer health care scheme is DEAFENING!" Faso wrote. "Last year, a Vox. com study said Beals' plan would likely result in the largest tax increase in modern American history."

Fact Check: ‘Caged’ Child Photo Is Not What Immigration Advocates Claim

A photo is making the rounds on social media of a little boy stuck inside a cage and which many immigration advocates say is a depiction of how the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” policy is separating kids from their families. However, many people sharing the photo are unaware of its original context.

The photo gained traction on Twitter last week after journalist and filmmaker Jose Antonio Vargas tweeted the photo with the caption: “This is what happens when a government believes people are ‘illegal.’ Kids in cages.”

Although many social media users claimed the boy in the photo was an illegal immigrant trapped in a cage by immigration authorities, the photo is actually from a June 10 anti-Trump protest staged outside of Dallas City Hall, according to the fact-checking website Snopes.

Leroy Pena, the leader of the Brown Berets’ group, told CNN the toddler was not in the cage that long and had tried to follow his older sibling who took part in the Dallas protest.

“He got confused on how to get out (of the cage) and cried when he saw his mother,” Pena said. “He was only in there about 30 seconds.”

Once Vargas found out the photo was taken out of context, he defended his posting because he wanted to make a point about Trump’s illegal immigration policies.

Federal judge tosses Kansas voter ID law

A federal judge ruled Monday that Kansas cannot require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote, finding such laws violate the constitutional right to vote in a ruling with national implications.

In an extraordinary rebuke, U.S. District Judge Julie Robinson also ordered Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach to complete an additional six hours of legal education on top of other requirements before he can renew his law license for the upcoming year. She imposed the sanction for his numerous disclosure violations.

The 118-page decision came in two consolidated cases challenging a Kansas voter registration law requiring people to provide documents such as a birth certificate, U.S. passport or naturalization papers.

The decision strikes down the Kansas proof-of-citizenship registration law and makes permanent an earlier injunction that had temporarily blocked it.

Shapiro: Media lying about border

Conservative author and Harvard Law graduate Ben Shapiro says outrage over conditions on the U.S. southern border is orchestrated so Democrats can play “political football” with children.

The editor-in-chief of the Daily Wire analyzed the history of separating illegal immigrants from their children on Monday while excoriating journalists for not doing their job. Mr. Shapiro presented three “lies” proffered by “patently irresponsible” new organizations as the story consumes news cycles.

The conservative said Americans should watch for the following talking points:

President Trump is responsible for laws that require law enforcement to separate illegal immigrants from their children while cases are being adjudicated.

All asylum seekers are being punished.

Mr. Trump is solely responsible for the conditions at facilities that house illegal immigrants.

“According to the media, all Trump has to do is wave his magic wand, and all will be well,” Mr. Shapiro wrote. “This is a lie. More specifically, it’s several lies.”

VA Nursing Home Ratings That Hid Poor Care Were Kept Secret

Nearly half of the VA’s nursing homes received the agency's lowest ratings, according to quality data that the agency tried to keep secret until recently, USA Today and the Boston Globe reported.

Some 60 nursing homes connected with the Department of Veterans Affairs had received only one of five possible stars as of Dec. 31, 2017, the two newspapers said after reviewing the documents they received.

The Trump administration has blamed the Obama administration for not making the statistics public earlier, USA Today said.

The undisclosed statistics showed that the government-run nursing homes scored worse on average than those in the private sector on nine of 11 indicators, ranging from rates of anti-psychotic drug prescription to residents' deterioration.

IG Questions Why FBI Did Not Investigate Huma Abedin’s Emails During Hillary Probe

In its extensive report on the Hillary Clinton email probe, the Justice Department’s internal watchdog raised significant questions about why the FBI did not examine the contents of Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s private email accounts and did not seek to obtain Abedin’s personal devices to determine whether classified information was exchanged.

The report noted Abedin should have been a point of interest since the FBI obtained from other sources classified email exchanges between Clinton and Abedin that were missing from the 30,490 emails turned over to the State Department by Clinton’s attorneys. Clinton had claimed the remaining emails were not work-related.

Also, the report documented that the FBI did not go after Abedin’s emails or devices even though she was “the only State Department employee, besides Clinton, with an account on the clintonemail.com domain on Clinton’s server.”

The 500-plus page report authored by the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General cited witnesses saying they believed “there was a flaw in the culling process, which resulted in the exclusion of most of Abedin’s clintonemail.com emails from the State Department production.”

Walter Williams: Blind to Real Problems

For several decades, a few black scholars have been suggesting that the vision held by many black Americans is entirely wrong. Dr. Shelby Steele, a scholar at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, said: "Instead of admitting that racism has declined, we (blacks) argue all the harder that it is still alive and more insidious than ever. We hold race up to shield us from what we do not want to see in ourselves."

Dr. John McWhorter, professor of English and comparative literature at Columbia University, lamented that "victimology, separatism, and anti-intellectualism underlie the general black community's response to all race-related issues," adding that "these three thought patterns impede black advancement much more than racism; and dysfunctional inner cities, corporate glass ceilings, and black educational underachievement will persist until such thinking disappears."

In the 1990s, Harvard professor Orlando Patterson wrote, "America, while still flawed in its race relations ... is now the least racist white-majority society in the world; has a better record of legal protection of minorities than any other society, white or black; (and) offers more opportunities to a greater number of black persons than any other society, including all those of Africa."

During an interview in December with The Daily Caller, Steele said the anti-Americanism that started during the 1960s and has become mainstream and visible in the black community is "heartbreaking and sad." That anti-Americanism that so dominates the American black identity has been "ruinous to black America, where we are worse off than we were under segregation by almost every socio-economic measure."

Ted Cruz Offers Solution to End Family Separation

As Democrats and the mainstream media continue to whip up the firestorm over President Donald Trump’s zero-tolerance enforcement of immigration law, specifically family separation at the border, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Monday proposed legislation to quickly mitigate the immediate problem.

Cruz’s bill would end the practice of separating families by authorizing new temporary shelters to house families together until their asylum requests are processed. He also proposes that the number of federal immigration judges be doubled to a total of 750 and that an expedited review and processing of asylum cases within 14 days be implemented. Those families who do not meet the asylum requirements would be immediately returned to their home countries.

Cruz’s proposal does offer at least a temporary solution to a problem that has been years in the making. It would essentially end the bad optics of separated families, while not returning to the flawed policy of Barack Obama’s “catch and release.

Strzok text 'We'll stop' Trump presidency was deeply buried

Can you say "obstruction"?

One of the bombshells obscurely revealed by the Department of Justice's inspector general is clear intent to cover up evidence of intent by a senior FBI official to block Donald Trump from being elected.

First, in a footnote in his over 500-page report (first spotted by former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell), and yesterday in testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee, I.G. Horowitz revealed that the plot to eradicate evidence almost succeeded.

"[Trump's] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!" pleaded Page.

"No. No he's not. We'll stop it," responded Strzok[.]

That pledge, indicating that he would use the awesome powers at his disposal to ensure that Donald Trump would never be president, was buried so deeply that extensive forensic resources had to be employed to recover it. Chuck Ross of the Daily Caller:

Michael Horowitz, the head of the DOJ's office of inspector general (OIG), said that his cyber forensics team took four separate investigative steps before discovering a controversial Aug. 8, 2016 text message that Strzok sent to former FBI attorney Lisa Page.

2nd FBI Informant Contacted Campaign in May 2016

A Russian man who contacted the Trump campaign in May 2016 claiming to be an American citizen named “Hank Greenberg” and offering dirt on Hillary Clinton also worked as an FBI informant for at least 17 years, according to a private investigation undertaken by former Trump campaign adviser Michael Caputo.

Caputo said in a letter he sent to the House Intelligence Committee on Friday that the man, 59-year-old Gennadiy Vasilievich Vostretsov, had reached out to him in late May 2016 through his business partner in Miami, a Russian national named Sergey Petrushin. Vostretsov introduced himself as “Henry Greenberg” and said he had information about Clinton he wanted to provide the Trump campaign.

Caputo put him in touch with Roger Stone, who was serving as a senior adviser to then-candidate Donald Trump and lived in South Florida. Stone met with “Greenberg” but later told Caputo that he had tried to sell information on Clinton, but he declined and thought “Greenberg” was “a nut,” according to the letter.

According to text messages reviewed by the Washington Post, Caputo wrote to Stone: “How crazy is the Russian?” Stone replied that “Greenberg” wanted “big” money. “Waste of time,” he texted Caputo.

Caputo said he forgot about this interaction until several weeks ago, when the Special Counsel asked him about a May 29, 2016, text message he sent to Stone asking if “Greenberg” had contacted him. Caputo said he was suspicious about how much the Special Counsel knew about the “Greenberg” approach and ordered his own investigation of him.

Alexa for Hospitality Lets Amazon Follow You on Vacation

For those averse to talking on the phone, hotel stays can resemble a war of attrition, testing your mettle to see how long you’ll go without calling the front desk and admitting you forgot to pack your toothbrush. But Amazon’s new Alexa for Hospitality service, which puts an Echo device in your hotel room, might let you avoid the conversation altogether, and let you bring a bit of your always-on, always-listening, always-spying smart home with you. So don’t do anything stupid.

Amazon is rolling out Alexa for Hospitality starting with Marriott International properties—including Marriott Hotels, Westin Hotels & Resorts, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, Aloft Hotels, and Autograph Collection Hotels—this summer. The hotel chain loves using the tech du jour to show off how cool and with the times it is, but the addition of Amazon’s Echo could mean a more permanent shift in how it approaches integrating technology into rooms.

Privacy in a hotel room is expected, but placing an always-listening voice assistant with a history of eavesdropping in a hotel room could make guests wary when it comes to doing what people do in hotel rooms (closing deals). Alexa has a history of selective hearing, interpreting other words as wake words and listening in on conversations—even sending a recording to a contact in at least one case.

Could your Google Home leak your location to hackers?

Google is preparing to plug a potential privacy leak with its Google Home smart speakers and Chromecast television devices that could reveal your location.

The vulnerability was discovered by the Tripwire security firm. Researcher Craig Young blogged that the problem stems from fundamental design choices that he says are prevalent among Internet of Things devices.

One such issue, Young writes, is that such “devices rarely require authentication for connections received on a local network.”

Although the Home app you use to configure Google Home and Chromecast performs most actions using Google’s cloud, Young says that some tasks are carried out using a local HTTP server. And that's where a remote intruder or scammer might be able to break through.

Under Severe Political Pressure From SBYNews, Sheriff Mason Reverses Decision Against Deputies: UPDATE

SBYNews just learned that Worcester County Sheriff Reggie Mason has in fact reversed his decision to not allow Deputies to work a second job. The move was moronic, idiotic, discriminating, asinine, take your pick or make up one of your own, many are extremely pleased Mason won't be representing the County in the very near future.

Ladies & Gentlemen, be sure to vote for Mike McDermott as your next Sheriff and bring back integrity and honor to the Eastern Shore. Mike is not a Good Ol' Boy.

Mason, "You've Been Blogged".

UPDATE: Once the County Commissioners found out this had happened through SBYNews they immediately contacted Mason and firmly pointed out how he is under a contractual agreement to NOT make any such move without sending a written request to the commissioners for consideration. Mason had no choice but to reverse his spiteful order against the Deputies simply because the FOP refused to endorse Mason's good ol' boy candidates.

Richmond board votes to rename school after Obama even though kids wanted 'Northside'

The Richmond School Board voted Monday to rename a Confederate-named elementary school after former President Barack Obama, overriding a vote of the students, who preferred “Northside.”

A June 12 vote by students at J.E.B. Stuart Elementary School, which honors a Confederate general, found that 190 wanted to rename their school “Northside,” referring to the neighborhood, with 166 voting for “Barack Obama” and 127 for “Wishtree.”

About 95 percent of the students who attend the school are black, according to WTVR-TV in Richmond.

Even so, the board voted 6-1 to rename the school after the nation’s first black president, capping a two-month drive to replace the Stuart name as public institutions across the South move to drop Confederate memorials, monikers and references.

Donald Trump: Congress Must Let Us Deport Children and Families Together

President Donald Trump defended his tough enforcement of immigration laws on Tuesday, blaming Democrats for failing to work with Republicans to change the laws to allow families to stay together.

“What I’m asking Congress to do is to give us a third option, which we have been requesting since last year, the legal authority to detain and promptly remove families together as a unit,” Trump said, calling it “the only solution to the border crisis.”

He said that he wanted to stop the separation of families but did not want to simply release adults and children together into the United States.

“As a result of Democrat-supported loopholes and our federal laws, most illegal immigrant families and minors from Central America who arrive unlawfully at the border cannot be detained together or removed together, only released,” Trump said

Trump said that the current immigration and asylum law policies were enticing smugglers to bring children illegally into the country.

“They’ve learned the loopholes in this horrible, rotten system that the Democrats have to help us fix,” he said.

Democrats in no rush to help Trump, GOP fix family separation mess

Republicans thought they’d found a solution Tuesday to the separation of illegal immigrant families on the border, announcing plans to let the families stay together in Homeland Security detention facilities while they await deportation.

But Democrats quickly shot down any thought of signing on, saying they’re in no rush to help Mr. Trump clean up the mess they say he’s made.

“There’s no need for legislation,” said Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat. “Mr. President, you started it, you can stop it, plain and simple.”

His resistance suggests Republicans will struggle to find an honorable exit from an issue that’s playing poorly for them amid wall-to-wall coverage from a hostile press corps, denunciations from religious leaders, and official protests from foreign countries.

The IG Report: 'They're Guilty, but It's Okay'

The IG report is really Comey 2.0. Comey spent a long time describing how Hillary had broken the law but then concluded that it was okay. Similarly, the IG report lists example after example of political bias but declares that it had no impact on the Hillary email whitewash.

The IG report on the Clinton email investigation is proof positive that the entire DC justice establishment is corrupt; that they view themselves as rulers, not public servants.

First we were told that Comey was a straight shooter whom we could trust. Then we were told the same about Mueller, Rosenstein, and now the IG. Yet in every case we’ve discovered that they are biased political actors who put the interests of the Deep State and the Democratic Party ahead of their sworn duty to uphold the law. It’s time for all conservatives to acknowledge that there are few if any honest people at the top levels of the FBI or the DoJ.

Not surprisingly, highly biased people will resort to big lies to protect their power and the big-government ideology they embrace.

The big lie in the Comey report was that, because Hillary supposedly had no intent to mishandle classified data, there was no crime. Yet a Navy seaman who demonstrated no intent to mishandle classified data was sent to prison. Further, the law says that intent is not a requirement.

The big lie in the IG report is that if people who are provably biased make decisions that go against normal investigative procedures in ways that uniformly conform to their biases, there is no reason to believe that their decisions were impacted by their biases.

"World's Biggest Public Toilet" Starbucks Tumbles After Slashing Guidance, 150 Store Closures

It is perhaps poetic justice that not long after Starbucks became one of the world's biggest virtue signalers, when the company decided it would become the world's biggest public toilet in the aftermath of the Philadelphia incident in which two black men were arrested for doing nothing, the company released its most disappointing guidance in years, in which it not only announced it would shutter 150 underperforming stores, and slashed Q3 global comp store sales guidance from +3% to barely positive, ot +1%, but it also admitted that the growth phase is now over, "as the company now expects to return approximately $25 billion in cash to shareholders in the form of share buybacks and dividends through FY20" a $10 billion increase from the cash return target announced on November 2, 2017, and confirmation that NFLX can't even come up $10bn in growth initiatives.

As part of the guidance, Starbucks whose executive chairman Howard Schultz announced two weeks ago he is leaving the company at the end of the month, announced three strategic priorities "to regain revenue and earnings momentum":
Accelerating growth in the U.S. and China, the company’s targeted long-term growth markets;
Expanding and leveraging the global reach of the brand through the Global Coffee Alliance; and
Sharpening the focus on increasing shareholder returns.

Slamming his own performance, Kevin Johnson, Starbucks president and ceo said that "while certain demand headwinds are transitory, and some of our cost increases are appropriate investments for the future, our recent performance does not reflect the potential of our exceptional brand and is not acceptable."

This was followed by more token corporate speek:

“We must move faster to address the more rapidly changing preferences and needs of our customers. Over the past year we have taken several actions to streamline the company, positioning us to increase our innovation agility as an organization and enhance focus on our core value drivers which serve as the foundation to re-accelerate growth and create long-term shareholder value.”

But Haley says that if the council does reform, the United States “would be happy to rejoin.”

Why The "Abject Silence" From The Left About Child Migrant Detentions Under Obama?

Unless you've completely avoided media for the past two or three days, you’re no doubt aware by now that the controversy over the Trump administration’s decision to separate migrant children from their detained parents after they’ve been caught illegally crossing the border has exploded since ProPublica published a recording of children who’d been captured by ICE crying out for their parents, and the agency allowed a handful of reporters on a supervised visit of the facility where many of the children are housed.

However, the liberals who have been responded with a non-stop barrage of social media attacks on the President and those who voted for him, have apparently forgot that the US has been housing migrant minors for years - and that a sizable increase in the minor population held in US facilities occurred under Nobel Peace Prize winner President Obama. To drive this point home, Breitbart reporter Brandon Darby reminded us of this fact by tweeting photos from his 2014 visit to one such migrant detention center (as most should recognize, Obama was president at the time).

Obama Prosecuted Nearly Half A Million Illegals

The Obama administration prosecuted approximately half a million adults for illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border between Fiscal year 2010 and Fiscal year 2016, Department of Homeland Security data provided to the Daily Caller reveals.

The prosecutions include both illegal immigrant violators of Title 8 of the U.S. Code 1325 and 1326 used to penalize first time and multiple offenders respectively. The DHS data further shows that the Obama administration referred on average 1 out of 5 adults apprehended at the border for criminal prosecution.

Criminal prosecution of illegal immigrants has become a hot button issue in the U.S. with the Trump administration deciding it will prosecute 100% of the people who cross the U.S.-Mexico border illegally. Current U.S. law dictates that criminal prosecution of adults will result in the separation of family units if they illegally cross together.

The Office of Refugee Resettlement’s public numbers however show that nearly 200,000 children were referred by the DHS between fiscal year 2012 to fiscal year 2016. These children either were separated by their families or they were unaccompanied minors.

Shocking Testimony: Civil Rights Attorney Asked Obama To Close Migrant "Baby Jails" In 2015

In late May as "new" images of migrant children sleeping in cages at an ICE detention facility began going viral after they were tweeted out by several prominent liberals, we were among the first to point out that the photos driving the new found white-hot rage at President Trump's immigration policies were from 2014 under Obama, and not Trump.

Yet a wave of popular anger has surged as the left has "discovered" Trump's army of "baby snatchers" and border "concentration camps", and investigative journalists are now flocking to border detention facilities to chronicle the stories of hardship and suffering endured by migrants, complete with heart-wrenching audio recordings of children crying for their parents.

Once American discourse inevitably goes into blind hyperpartisan mode on any given issue as it has on this one — with Fox News referencing the border detention centers as "essentially summer camps" on the one hand and a popular movement to get the facilities labelled "concentration camps" on the other — it becomes harder and harder to come by much that passes for informed critical analysis.

After Finishing A Speech, Trump Approached The American Flag. What He Did Next Is America First

Donald Trump gave an impassioned speech Tuesday to a group of business leaders in Washington, D.C., in which he hammered the recent outrage over immigration policies.

Recent media outrage over the administration’s enforcement of America’s border laws — that result in the separating some families at the border if they seek asylum after crossing the border illegally at non-checkpoint locations — has captured the nation’s attention.

Trump took the fight directly to the media in the speech, saying they were on the side of the smugglers and human traffickers who operate on our borders. The president also hit back at Hillary Clinton for attacking him over open borders criticism.

The president also hit Obamacare taxes and regulations and lauded his tax cuts in front of the business leaders. “Cuts, cuts, cuts, cuts, cuts,” Trump said.

Trump Hispanic Adviser Explains Immigration Policy To CNN Host

CNN political commentator and Trump Hispanic adviser Steve Cortes fought back against anchor Alisyn Camerota’s immigration claims on CNN Tuesday morning.

“I think if people commit crimes they need to be prosecuted, whether it is an American breaking and entering into a house or a Honduran breaking and entering into our country,” Cortes said.

“Unfortunately, when people commit crimes in the U.S., elsewhere, they are separated from their child,” he added. “That’s a terrible consequence for the child, it’s not the child’s fault. But it doesn’t mean that we can hold the parent blameless and allow them to wantonly break the law and have an open border, which is terrible for our economic and national security.”

Border Ranchers Shock MSNBC With Facts On Illegal Immigration

MSNBC tried to ask the couple a multitude of leading questions about the separation of families when they cross the border illegally, but the ranchers continuously smashed their narrative.

“When you see parents and children separated why do you support the policy that, to many people, appears to be heartless?” MSNBC’s Kerry Sanders asked.

“It’s basically the laws of our land,” Presnall Cage said. “Trump I believe is going in the right direction. I believe it’s going to be a deterrent to keep this from happening.”

Sanders asked Stephanie Cage, “You’re a mother, you’re a grandmother of seven, um, how do you react when you see that the families are being split apart?”

“Of course it is very upsetting, but I’m as equally upset with the parents for exposing their children to the dangers of smuggling their children across the border,” Cage replied.

Va. Gov. Northam joins other governors removing resources from border

WASHINGTON (WJLA) - Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam says he is withdrawing the state's National Guard resources from the border until the policy ofseparating undocumented immigrants from their children ends.

“When Virginia deployed these resources to the border, we expected that they would play a role in preventing criminals, drug runners and other threats to our security from crossing into the United States—not supporting a policy of arresting families and separating children from their parents."

"The Whole Thing Is A Scam": Trump Unloads On "Deep State" Enemies During Fiery Speech

President Trump went way off script during a Tuesday speech at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) - lashing out against everything from the "deep state" to the intense immigration debate, which he calls a distraction from Congressional hearings on the recently released Inspector General's (OIG) report on FBI bias during the 2016 US election.

Trump then says that the MSM is trying to distract with the immigration issue.

"You ought to see the hearings that are on right now on television," Trump said, in reference to Inspector General Horowitz's testimony before Congress (which can be viewed here).

"They want to focus on immigration because they want to keep the cameras away from the hearings," Trump added.

Flashback: Both Hillary And Obama Advocated Separating Migrant Families, Strict Border Control

The Internet Never Forgets"

-Some guy

While the left rages against "separated migrant children" which they blame on President Trump's "zero tolerance" enforcement policy of Bush-era rules, several "inconvenient" video clips have cropped up revealing both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama advocating virtually the same border policy they are currently attacking Trump over.

For example, Hillary Clinton said during a 2014 CNN Town Hall;

"We have to send a clear message, just because your child gets across the border - doesn't mean your child gets to stay"

Here Are Horrifying Photos Of Obama’s Illegal Alien Facilities The Media Refuses To Show You

The media and political class become more and more outraged over the Trump administration’s decision to detain and prosecute immigrants illegally crossing the border.

Lost in the debate is any acknowledgement that President Obama’s administration also used detention facilities.

Current U.S. immigration laws, when enforced, have the consequence of temporarily separating families that arrive with children into separate detention facilities in order to prosecute the adults. The policy of prosecuting immigrants for crossing the border illegally has been in place for multiple administrations. The Obama administration prosecuted half a million illegal immigrants and similarly separated families in the process. So did the Bush administration. Personal accounts from immigration lawyers tell a tale of Obama being equally concerned about unaccompanied minors traveling to the border and wanting to create a deterrent.

Photos of border detention facilities from the Obama-era, taken during 2014, look nearly identical to the ones taken during the Trump era.

TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME: A GROWING MENTAL HEALTH EPIDEMIC

“I just hate him so much. It’s like living in a country ruled by literally Hitler,” she said to her psychiatrist. “I just don’t know what to do — I’d move to Canada, but who wants to go through all that effort?”

Nancy Nottingham, like millions of other Americans, suffers from a mental illness that has devastated many regions of the United States since November 8, 2016. To say that this problem has become an epidemic would be an understatement; indeed, it appears to have reached catastrophic proportions for those who have experienced this debilitating form of psychosis.

Nottingham is not schizophrenic. She is not clinically depressed. She does not have an anxiety disorder. This woman is suffering from a disease that includes elements from all three of the aforementioned ailments: Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS).

If you are reading this, it is unlikely that you are suffering from TDS, because people with the illness avoid any publications that express political opinions that are to the right of Bernie Sanders. However, you probably know more than a few people with the disease, and this article will help you identify those with TDS and provide you with crucial insights that you can use when interacting with them.

WHAT IS TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME?

Hillary Clinton: Gun Control a 'Political Necessity'

While speaking to a group of activists in San Francisco, Hillary Clinton stressed that gun control is a “political necessity” and part of “taking back” the country.

Clinton ran gun control as a candidate in the 2016 election and lost. President Trump ran as pro-gun and LMT Online reports that Clinton is now criticizing him for standing with gun rights organizations.

She said Trump “did everything he could to ingratiate himself with the gun lobby, and is now doing everything he can to gut existing laws.”

Despite losing the election, Clinton claimed that “the vast majority of Americans” support the gun control position, adding, “So we are winning the debate. But now we’ve got to get everyone to vote on this issue.”

Syrian Migrant Beheads Neighbor, Then Stabs 130 Times

A Syrian man stabbed his 21-year-old neighbor 130 times killing her and leaving her sister in critical condition in Vetlanda, Sweden.

The original grievance against his upstairs neighbor was that she was too loud, but during his trial, he said he "lost control" because he believed the victim made a "racist" remark during a previous conversation, Sweden’s Fria Tider reports.

“I understood the ‘movement’ of the victim during the conversation before the [killing] as racist,” said the killer.

On the night of the February 20th killing, the sisters barricaded themselves in their bathroom, where they repeatedly apologized to their attacker.

“It’s [too] late,” he said.

The surviving sister played dead after being stabbed in the lung while the man cut off her sister’s head and began stabbing the body 130 times.

The 26-year-old Syrian man, who had been in Sweden since 2012, turned himself over to the authorities.

'Refugees' Harass Women in Russian Nightclub, Are Promptly Beaten and Sent to Prison

There's something to be said for Russian justice

We can't speak for Europe, but in Russia, molesting women in public places is not advisable.

A group of approximately 50 "refugees" who were deported from Norway for bad behavior decided to partake in a bit of groping at a Murmansk nightclub.

Being Russia, the results were predictable:

The refugees allegedly groped and harassed women in a similar manner as the assaults in Cologne on New Year’s Eve. A group of male Russians took them aside to “educate” them that “Cologne is 2,500 kilometers south of here.”

The refugees tried to flee but were quickly captured by the Russians. They then took them out to the street and gave them a beating they will remember. Police arrived to break up the fight but locals report that they threw a few punches at the refugees before arresting 33 of them. Eighteen refugees were in such bad condition they had to be taken to hospital.

British Humor

An Emergency Call Center worker has been fired.
It Seems that a caller dial 911 from a cell phone stating "I am depressed and lying on a railway line so when the train comes I can finally meet Allah.!!

The Call Center employee replied "Remain calm and stay on the line."

While waiting to register at a hotel, I overheard the couple ahead of me asking for a room with a king, queen or double bed. The clerk apologized and said that the only rooms available had twin beds.

Disappointed, the man remarked, "I don't know. We've been sharing the same bed for 44 years."

"Could you possibly put them close together?" the wife asked.
Several people nearby smiled, and someone commented, "How romantic."

Then the woman finished her request with, "Because if he snores, I want to be able to punch him."

U. S. Customs and Border Protection Statement Concerning False Facebook Post

YUMA, Ariz. – On June 7, a Facebook post referenced an alleged transportation check by Border Patrol near the Nevada/California State line. On Saturday, the American Civil Liberties Union wrote an article concerning this post. The location of the alleged incident is near Yuma Sector however, no Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents were involved in it. The link below will take you to an ACLU story that CBP strongly rebuts:

https://www.aclu.org/blog/immigrants-rights/ice-and-border-patrol-abuses/one-woman-who-knew-her-rights-forced-border

CBP official Statement:

Social media postings about an alleged U.S. Border Patrol transportation check near the state line between California and Nevada are false. Both El Centro Sector and Yuma Sector confirmed that no Border Patrol operation was conducted in the immediate area of the State of California Agriculture Inspection Station near the city of Yermo.

Fabricated postings propel false and unsubstantiated information about the critical mission of the U.S. Border Patrol. This involves the detection, prevention and apprehension of terrorists, undocumented aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the land border by maintaining surveillance from a covert position, following up leads, responding to electronic sensor television systems, aircraft sightings, and interpreting and following tracks, marks and other physical evidence. Some of the major activities are traffic checks, traffic observation, city patrol, transportation checks, administrative, intelligence, and anti-smuggling activities.

“Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents take their sworn duties to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the United States very seriously,” said Yuma Sector Acting Chief Patrol Agent Carl Landrum. “Stories like this that attempt to pit us against our community need to be fact checked before they are printed as truth. The Yuma Sector Border Patrol will continue to perform our mission, day in and day out, ensuring the safety of our agents, citizens and communities.” Chief Landrum went on to say, “Protecting our sovereignty is key in our border security mission. Border Security is National Security.”

About Border Patrol Transportation Checks

For decades, U.S. Border Patrol agents have routinely engaged in enforcement operations at transportation hubs throughout the nation. Enforcement actions away from the border are within the jurisdiction of the U.S. Border Patrol and performed in direct support of immediate border enforcement efforts and as a means of preventing smuggling and criminal organizations from exploiting existing transportation hubs to travel to the interior of the United States. These operations at transportation hubs serve as a vital component of the U.S. Border Patrol’s national security efforts.

Transportation hubs are used by alien smuggling and drug trafficking organizations to move people, narcotics, and contraband to interior destinations throughout the country. To combat these growing threats, the U.S. Border Patrol has increased the frequency of transportation checks around the country as an additional enforcement mechanism to reinforce CBP’s world-class approach to border security. Approval for transportation checks was centralized at Border Patrol Headquarters in 2012. In 2017, the Border Patrol returned approval authority to the Chief Patrol Agents for each Border Patrol Sector.

Although most Border Patrol work is conducted in the immediate border area, agents have broad law enforcement authorities, including the authority to question individuals, make arrests, and take and consider evidence. The Immigration and Nationality Act 287(a)(3) and 8 USC 1357 state that Immigration Officers, without a warrant, may "within a reasonable distance from any external boundary of the United States ... board and search for aliens in any vessel within the territorial waters of the United States and any railcar, aircraft, conveyance, or vehicle.” 8 CFR 287 (a)(1) defines reasonable distance as 100 air miles from the border.
