That's a great cartoon.
Sad part is, with all the technology it's the truth. It was alot simpler when we didn't have all the model runs and radar. You weren't scared to death by the media about something that's at best 3 to 4 days away (storm is moving about 6 miles an hour right now), be it a hurricane or snow storm.
Food Lion was packed when I went today. People are out buying lots of water I saw. Ya got 2 days before you need to worry. And alot of people are spending money on things they can't afford or won't use for maybe 6 months, all because the media has scared them to death.
Unless of course they might by chance be right and it hits the east coast head on???

Looks like Map FOX and Friends Weekend Meteorologist Rick Reichmuth.was showing this morning. He thought Florence would hit between Florida and .Maryland. The map looked like scribbling - so many paths of different colors.

I just googled hotels in Salisbury for tonight and 43 hotels in the area popped up for availability including West Ocean City. I thought that 100,000 plus crowd was going to book every hotel in the area?

FAILED
