Snowflakes Schedule To Scream Helplessly At Sky On Trump’s Election Anniversary- A Day Of Protest

In an effort to appease, well, themselves, liberals are gathering together on the day of the election to help vent out their feelings about President Donald Trump. As you may have already known, this year has not been easy on liberals, and it is mostly due to their unwillingness to take a big gulp of reality. What they don’t realize is just how ridiculous and childish they are – which only helps Trump.

The Facebook invite has gone out, and hosts Julia Helene and Johanna Schulman are inviting everyone in Boston to head on over to the Boston Common to shout out their anger to the sky over the lost election of 2016…That’s right. That thing that happened a year ago.

leftists are not good at letting go and moving on obviously.

The event on Facebook is called “Scream helplessly at the sky on the anniversary of the election.” Now I know what your thinking. Who would even waste their time screaming at the sky like a raving lunatic? Well surprise, surprise, there is already a large following of 4,400 people that have pledged to participate in the madness, and there is also 33,000 more interested in attending.

A description of the event went on as follows:

“Come express your anger at the current state of democracy, and scream helplessly at the sky!”

The NFL’s WORST NIGHTMARE Just Became a Reality as Players Continue to Kneel

How can you screw up football?

Well, the NFL has found a way.

According to new data from Nielsen, NFL games have averaged 15.1 million viewers through the first seven weeks, which is down 5.1% from last year and 18.7% from the same time frame in 2015.

So, for the first seven weeks in 2015 they were getting 18.35 million viewers on average, and now it’s just over 15 million. There are a few possible reasons for the decline, but the major issue is Colin Kaerpernick’s decision in 2016 to start kneeling before games. This not only has contributed to fewer viewers, but also to his inability to get a new job on any football team. In general, politicization of football games is bad for ratings.

‘Diversity’: The Major Obstacle in Strengthening Teacher Quality

As Dan Goldhaber noted in his article in the Spring 2016 issue of Education Next: “Of the characteristics [of teacher quality] that were measured in the still-revered 1966 Coleman report titled Equality of Educational Opportunity, those that bear the highest relationship to pupil achievement are first, the teacher’s score on the verbal skills test, and then his educational background.”

Why then, all parents might ask, shouldn’t all teachers be expected to have high verbal skills on tests of these skills, as well as a strong academic background? Why should the desire for diversity in a school’s teaching staff lead to some teachers having low or uninterpretable scores on basic licensure or other tests of academic competence? Why should some parents get low-scoring teachers for their children as a matter of public policy? That is what seems to be happening, although no one is saying this out loud.

In addition, attempts to strengthen admission criteria for teacher preparation programs have run into many buzz-saws. Probably the biggest buzz-saw is concern for the “cash cow” — the tuition money that the typically large number of college students in teacher preparation programs, especially early childhood or elementary programs, bring in, together with the marginally extra costs of preparing them for a career in teaching. Even teacher licensure tests (tests designed to protect students from academically incompetent teachers) are called “obstacles” by economists and others. No one but parents seems to worry about low academic competence in our teachers.

‘Unity’ Dominates as GOP’s John Kingston Kicks Off Senate Campaign to Unseat Liz Warren

GOP businessman John Kingston kicked off his campaign to unseat U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren on Wednesday with a speech that appeared to channel another popular Bay State Republican — Governor Charlie Baker.

Launching his campaign in Dorchester at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the Senate, Kingston focused on unity. The political newcomer from Winchester displayed his Baker-esque affinity for the motto “E pluribus unum.”

“If you’ll look above me you’ll see the words E pluribus unum, which as we know means — out of many, one,” Kingston said. “As a nation we’ve long aspired to live up to this saying, but all too often — and particularly today — we’ve fallen short.”

Florida OfferUp buyer shoots iPhone seller in the head

A Florida woman who was trying to sell an iPhone through the online app OfferUp was shot in the head when she met up with the prospective buyer.

Broward Sheriff's spokeswoman Gina Carter tells news outlets the injuries the unidentified woman suffered Sunday aren't life-threatening. Detectives are trying to find the man.

Carter says the man asked the woman and her fiancé to take him to an ATM. Security cameras captured the buyer walking inside a convenience store and pretending to use the ATM.

When he returned, the couple noted he was acting strangely.

Baltimore Lacked Authority To Remove Monuments, Trust Says

The Maryland Historical Trust is reiterating its stance that Baltimore officials lacked the authority to take down three monuments to the Confederacy, and is asking the city to work together to secure a safe place for them to be relocated.

In a letter dated last Friday, trust director Elizabeth Hughes wrote that the city did not have the right to remove the statues.

Hughes says that while the trust will not concede that it lacks authority to re-install the statues, the best way forward is to work cooperatively toward a mutual resolution that likely includes relocating the monuments.

John McCain Won't Say Whether He Knew He Was Handing Clinton-Funded Russia Dossier to FBI

PHILADELPHIA — Sen. John McCain may find himself facing serious questions following the disclosure that the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee helped fund research utilized in the infamous, largely discredited 35-page dossier on President Donald Trump.

In December, it was McCain who notoriously passed the controversial dossier documents produced by the Washington opposition research firm Fusion GPS to then FBI Director James Comey, whose agency reportedly utilized the dossier as some of the basis for its probe into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

McCain’s office did not immediately respond to Breitbart News phone and email requests for comment about whether the Arizona senator was aware that the research he passed to the FBI was paid for by the DNC and Clinton’s campaign.

McCain’s office also did not immediately respond to a request for information on how he first obtained the dossier.

Rep. Harris: House of Representatives Now One Step Closer to Tax Reform

WASHINGTON, DC: On October 26, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Fiscal Year 2018 Budget Resolution. Congressman Andy Harris (MD-01), released the following statement lauding its passage:

“With the federal budget for Fiscal Year 2018 passed by both the House of Representatives and Senate, Congress is one step closer to delivering tax reform and economic growth to the American people. The tax reform plan Congress is crafting fulfills the jobs-producing and middle class income-tax-cutting promise made by the President. Under President Trump’s leadership, Congress is going to significantly reform the U.S. tax code for the first time since 1986.”

Clapper On Hillary Funding 'Trump Dossier': What Difference Does It Make?

While Democrats, old and new, are abandoning the sinking Hillary Clinton ship, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper is still "with her."

As Daily Caller reports, Clapper is shrugging off news that the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee funded the research behind the dossier on Donald Trump (and lied about it non-stop for almost a year). Clapper said the only thing that matters is whether the information is “corroborated.”

“With respect to the dossier itself, the key thing is it doesn’t matter who paid for it,” Clapper told Erin Burnett on “OutFront” Wednesday night.

“It’s what the dossier said and the extent to which it’s corroborated or not.”

In other words: What Difference Does It Make?

Despite saying he doesn’t care who put up the money for the dossier, Clapper was suggesting that an “audit trail” could substantiate who actually did pay for it - although that seems to have been already demonstrated.

CNN's Apples, Bananas and Lemons — Oh My!

It all started with CNN’s too-cute-by-half ad about how factual its reporting is.

CNN can put “FACTS” in all caps, however, and most of the country knows the network is little more than a part of the leftist propaganda arm of the Democrat Party. Well that got a few folks in on the idea of making fun of CNN.

The NRA called CNN out for what it really is — a lemon.

The Daily Wire had a go, moving the issue to one of gender.

A Highway Runs Through It

The demolition of the FirstEnergy plant presents Cleveland a unique opportunity to return neglected Gordon Park to its glory days, but a few obstacles stand in the way

Let's do a hypothetical. You're in University Circle with some friends from out of town. Maybe you're enjoying a bite in Little Italy or gazing in awe at the world-class collection at the Cleveland Museum of Art. It's been fun. Your friends are thrilled. What about Lake Erie, though? It's close, isn't it? They've never seen a Great Lake before and want to bask in the freshwater wonder before leaving town. Any lakefront parks close by that you can take them to?

You think for a minute and rattle of the options: Mentor Headlands 30 miles to the east; Huntington Beach 20 miles to the west; East Ninth by the Rock Hall, a pier not a park; and Edgewater Park about 10 miles away just west of downtown. Maybe you check Google to make sure you haven't missed anything else — that's it, right? — or maybe some trace of a memory emerges and you say, oh yeah, there's one more option: the Gordon Park area -- with its fishing piers and boat launch ramps -- just three miles north, a nice ride down MLK Jr. Dr. through Rockefeller Park. Seems like the obvious choice, right?

Thomas Gallatin: Obama's DOJ Discriminated Against Conservative Groups

Obama directed billions of financial settlement funds to leftist organizations while blocking conservatives.

Following the 2008 financial crisis, several of the nation’s largest financial institutions made legal settlements with the Obama administration. Public records show that these settlement payouts totaled over $3 billion. The House Judiciary Committee, along with the House Financial Services Committee, as part of an investigation has obtained internal documents from the Justice Department showing that not only did the Obama administration steer settlement payments toward leftist groups, Obama hacks also sought to prevent any conservative groups from receiving any of the settlement funds.

This is eerily reminiscent of the IRS’s targeting of Tea Party groups that came to light in 2013. In an email from July 2014, a senior Justice Department official explained how to draft a mandatory donation provision to prevent Citigroup Inc. from picking “a statewide intermediary like the Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF),” noting that the PLF “does conservative property-rights free legal services.” In the same email the Justice official then noted that the National Association of IOLTA Programs would be eligible for the funds because it provided “funds to legal aid organizations, to be used for foreclosure prevention assistance and community redevelopment assistance.”

Trump drags Confederate statue fight into VA governor race

President Donald Trump endorsed the Republican candidate for governor of Virginia on Thursday, injecting the long-simmering issue of preserving statues of Confederate war heroes.

'Ed Gillespie will turn the really bad Virginia economy #'s around, and fast. Strong on crime, he might even save our great statues/heritage!' Trump tweeted.

He added a swipe at Gillespie's Democratic opponent Ralph Northam, saying that he 'doesn't even show up to meetings/work, and will be VERY weak on crime!'

The Gillespie campaign has branded the Democrat, Virginia's sitting lieutenant governor, 'No-show Northam' for his habit of skipping board meetings of the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.

Trump's decision to weigh in on the 'statues' and 'heritage' controversy threatens to reopen an embarrassing nationwide chapter in his short White House tenure.

New Book: Clinton Campaign Came Up With Blame Russia Narrative 24 Hours After Hillary’s Loss

So as it turns out, there may not be anything behind the “Russia thing” outside of a sore loser in the Presidential race.

Hillary Clinton’s failed campaign formulated the Russia collusion story a mere 24 hours after Trump’s win was announced. While this doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone who has been following the story (or lack thereof,) it is worth noting that the media has been running with a fake news story that was created by a scorned woman. (Anyone who has had to deal with a salty ex knows this feeling.)

The new book “Shattered: Inside Hillary Clinton’s Doomed Campaign” reveals that the loser decided to blame her loss not on her own incompetence or corruption, but on Russia. (Ironic, considering her complete willingness to accept bribes from the country.)

Excerpts from the book reveal how quickly the abject lie was created by a woman who simply couldn’t accept the fact that more a larger part of America wanted Donald Trump as President over her.

Tillerson Tries to Centralize State Dept. Decision-Making

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is in the process of centralizing power within the State Department that essentially boxes out veteran [career] diplomats, Politico reported.

A leaked document obtained by Politico shows a decision-making process that bubbles up power to an inner circle of senior aides to Tillerson over a bottom-up approach to a wider group of diplomats.

Those career staffers are wary of the approach that gives aide Brian Hook - not confirmed by the Senate - and the Policy Planning Staff an unusual amount of power and influence, Politico reported.

"This says to me that they are developing a new foreign policy structure that is designed to largely ignore those who know these regions and who know these issues," Brett Bruen, a former State Department official under President George W. Bush, told Politico.

China Brands Christianity a ‘National Security’ Threat

The Chinese Communist Party (CPC) Congress this week has largely focused on the development of Chinese “exceptionalism,” the development of “socialism with Chinese characteristics,” and the imposition of uniform identity through a sense of cultural and national superiority.

Far from the scope of free religious expression is “Xi Jinping Thought,” the colloquial name for the ideology the Chinese president has now formally enshrined into the CPC’s constitution. At the congress this week, the head of the umbrella agency that supervises religion insisted that “socialist core values” must be at the heart of any religious faith active in China.

Zhang Yijiong, the head of the United Front Work Department (UFWD), explained on Friday that the Communist Party had a long way to go to “sinicize religion”—make it more Chinese.

While the Chinese government has branded all religion a national security threat, of paramount concern is Christianity. Christianity has seen such a dramatic surge in popularity that Christians reportedly outnumber Communist Party members in the country. In response to this phenomenon, the Chinese government announced the imposition of new regulations imposing onerous fines and jail time on Christians who participate in “unauthorized” travel to religious conferences, engage in “unregistered” Christian activities like house prayer, or refuse to abide by laws demanding the removal of any public displays of Christianity.

Doctor admits he took kickbacks to prescribe fentanyl spray

A Rhode Island doctor pleaded guilty on Wednesday to accepting kickbacks in return for prescribing a highly addictive fentanyl spray.

Jerrold Rosenberg pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Providence to one count each of health care fraud and kickbacks conspiracy.

The case is one of several criminal cases brought around the country against people associated with Insys Therapeutics and the prescribing of Subsys, which is meant only for cancer patients with severe pain.

The doctor admitted on Wednesday that he prescribed Subsys to people who didn’t have cancer. He then falsified their records so that insurance companies, including Medicare, would pay for it.

Rosenberg also admitted he conspired with Insys executives and others to receive $188,000 in kickbacks for writing the prescriptions through a sham “speakers program.”

7 Uranium One Facts MSM Have Already Confirmed

Hillary Clinton claimed on Monday that the Uranium One scandal engulfing herself and the Obama administration has all been “debunked.”

“It’s the same baloney they’ve been peddling for years, and there’s been no credible evidence by anyone,” said Clinton.

At issue: why Hillary Clinton’s State Department approved the transfer of 20 percent of all U.S. uranium to Putin’s Russia and why nine foreign investors in the deal funneled $145 million to Hillary Clinton’s foundation.

Far from being “debunked,” several mainstream media outlets have confirmed key facts related to the Uranium One scandal—a story first broken by Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer in his New York Times bestselling book, Clinton Cash.

1. CONFIRMED by the New York Times: The former head of Russia’s uranium company (Ian Telfer) made four hidden donations to the Clinton Foundation totaling $2.35 million.

North Korean Christians Face Beatings, Rape, Torture for Professing Faith

Christian North Koreans who have escaped the brutal regime tell of outrageous human rights abuses against anyone suspected of professing the faith, including routine beatings and rapes and specialized torture for those involved in underground prayer.

In a report Wednesday, Fox News profiled North Korean defector Choi Kwanghyuk, who was arrested after founding an underground house church. Choi escaped a labor camp shortly before he believes the regime was ready to transfer him to a concentration camp to end his life.

Before he escaped, however, he asserted that he was tortured and witnessed the torture of many others.

“I decided to escape because I thought that once they sent me to the other camp, they could eventually send me to the concentration camp or kill me,” Choi told Fox News. “I was traveling back and forth between China and North Korea, but they kept searching for me, and I knew it could put my friends in danger too, so I left.”

According to Fox, Choi witnessed a wide variety of torture:

Students: Halloween has “been killed by the Left”

Students at Saint Mary’s College in Indiana were warned of the danger of Halloween, that is, cultural appropriation, in an all-student email sent on October 24 by a staff assistant in the political science, sociology, and justice education departments.

“Halloween, which originated with people dressed in costume to ward off evil spirits, has morphed into a day that celebrates all kinds of creative self-expression,” the email begins. “It means not only do people dress up as witches and monsters, but also as one another. This is where things get complicated, and why you keep hearing the term ‘cultural appropriation’ in the news.”

The email goes on to explain that due to the rampant cultural appropriation that surrounds Halloween, St. Mary’s is holding a seminar to educate their adult students on how to observe Halloween in a respectable way.

According to the Young America’s Foundation, bold student activists at Saint Mary’s are ready to push back against the left’s attack on Halloween festivities.

Rep. Harris: More Can and Must be Done to Combat Opioid Epidemic

WASHINGTON, DC: On October 26, President Trump declared the opioid addiction epidemic a Public Health Emergency. Congressman Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01), issued the following statement in support of the President’s declaration:

“As a physician, I know that opioid addiction does not discriminate based on race, gender, income level, or location. Maryland has been hit particularly hard by the opioid epidemic. In 2016, 89% of all intoxication deaths in Maryland were linked to opioid abuse, and the frequency of opioid-related deaths quadrupled from 2010 to 2016. Education, prevention, and treatment are all critical factors in preventing the further spread of this terrible epidemic.

In Maryland, Governor Hogan is leading a great effort to save lives here at home, and in Washington, the U.S. House of Representatives has passed a spending bill that provides more than $1 billion in funding to combat the nationwide opioid epidemic. More can and must be done – both in Maryland and across the country. I applaud President Trump for declaring the opioid epidemic a Public Health Emergency. His leadership in this crisis will enable an even stronger response and save more precious lives.”

FBI Informant Now Cleared to Break Silence on Clinton-Uranium One Deal, Will Talk to Congress

I haven’t been this happy since the final Harry Potter book came out. But it’s a sick, twisted pleasure because I know that this could potentially land Hillary Clinton in jail.

What will also be fun is watching her followers suddenly switch from believing Russia is evil (because Trump) to believing that they’re not so bad and really this is all just sexism because America can’t stand the thought of a strong woman in power and blah blah blah.

The Department of Justice has finally lifted a gag order on an FBI informant who will now be able to testify in front of Congress with regards to the Uranium deal.

He has been cleared to disclose ““any information or documents he has” with regards to the case, and specifically “Russian-owned companies” mining Uranium in the United States. If Russia was as terrible as Hillary Clinton has pretended they are, wouldn’t she have tried to do something to sever our ties with them? Not give them more Uranium?

Winner Of High School Golf Tournament Denied Trophy, Because She's A Girl

Emily Nash was allowed to play. She just wasn't allowed to win.

Nash, a junior at Lunenburg High School in Lunenburg, Mass., had the lowest score in the Central Mass Division 3 Boys' Golf Tournament. But the first-place trophy was awarded to a boy who was four strokes behind her, because of the rules of the tournament.

According to the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association, girls can play in the boys' golf tournament as part of a team, but they aren't allowed to be entered as individuals.

That means Nash doesn't get a trophy, or a spot in the boys state championship.

That was a surprise to her, although her coach was aware of the rule.

"I wasn't aware that if I won I wouldn't get the title or the trophy," she told local TV station WPBF. "I feel like it's a bit unfair."

Incumbent State’s Attorney Clarifies Future Intentions

SNOW HILL — Worcester County State’s Attorney Beau Oglesby this week announced he will seek re-election and has a plan in place should he be appointed by a Circuit Court judge.

Last week, Oglesby was nominated as one of five candidates to fill two Worcester County Circuit Court judicial vacancies along with Mary Margaret “Peggy” Kent, David Gaskell, Regan J.R. Smith and Jeff Cropper. The two judicial vacancies became available upon the retirement of longtime Worcester County Circuit Court judges Thomas C. Groton and Richard Bloxom.

Gov. Larry Hogan will ultimately appoint two new Worcester County Circuit Court judges from the list of five candidates. In the meantime, Oglesby’s inclusion on the short list raised some questions about the possible domino effect on the Worcester County State’s Attorney’s Office should he be appointed.

“I am honored to have been nominated along with four other highly qualified colleagues to fill two judicial vacancies that currently exist in the Circuit Court,” Oglesby said in a statement on Tuesday. “Ultimately, the governor will be tasked with making that difficult decision and there is no timetable for when that selection will be made. With your support, I am hopeful that I will be appointed.”

Wicomico Prosecutor Files For Worcester State’s Attorney

OCEAN CITY — Wicomico County prosecutor Kristin Heiser is the first official candidate for Worcester County State’s Attorney with this week’s campaign launch.

Heiser, a former Worcester County prosecutor who, for the last six years has held the same position in Wicomico County, formally filed for Worcester County State’s Attorney last week. However, Heiser held a special campaign launch in front of the Roland E. Powell Convention Center in Ocean City on Monday.

Heiser is married to Ocean City Police Department (OCPD) Officer Jeff Heiser, one of the officers involved an incident late last month when a motorist intentionally drove at police officers who were forced to fire their service weapons at the suspect. She comes from a law enforcement background with her father being a former Washington, D.C. police captain.

Clinton’s collusion: Who will investigate the new Russia scandal?

After more than a year of lying denials, Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee now stand exposed as the funders of that salacious dossier alleging years of collusion between the Kremlin and Donald Trump.

The FBI stands exposed, too — as having agreed to keep paying for the same research after Trump was elected.

All of which raises lots of disturbing questions, plus the possibility that if anyone colluded with Moscow, it was Team Hillary.

The Washington Post reported that Clinton and the DNC paid millions to a DC law firm, Perkins Coie, which in turn hired Fusion GPS to investigate Trump.

Fusion GPS then hired Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer who compiled the 35-page dossier containing information he claimed came from Russian government and intel officials.

Why?

To hide Russian Collusion…with the Clinton campaign.

I shared the WSJ’s SCATHING take on this…. now this.

A Viewer Writes: Social Security/Medicare increases for 2018

Dear Joe,

Uncle Sam has loudly and proudly announced a 2% increase for all Social Security recipients for 2018.

Uncle Sam has NOT loudly and proudly announced the 23% ($25.00 per month) increase for Medicare premiums. 70% of S.S. recipients pay $109.00 per month and this will rise to $134.00 per month in 2018.

The average S.S. check is $1,371.00 per month and will increase $27.00 to $1,398.00 for an annual increase of $324.00.

Now subtract the Medicare increase of $25.00 and the S.S. check in now down to $1,373.00 or a net gain of $2.00 per month.

For many recipients the annual increase of $324.00 will be subject to State (where applicable) and Federal taxes. Considering the net annual increase is only $24.00, any State or Federal taxes will wipe out the $24.00 and thus result in a NET LOSS of income for year 2018.

Best Regards from,
Going backwards in income

CNN Provides Four Minutes of Coverage on Clinton Uranium Deal Since Scandal Broke

In the week since The Hill published new information about Hillary Clinton’s Russian Uranium scandal, CNN has provided under four minutes of coverage about the case.

According to NewsBusters, the network has provided three minutes 54 seconds worth of coverage on the scandal, which involves allegations, originally uncovered by Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer, that Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration transferred 20 percent of all U.S. uranium to Russia via the sale of the Uranium One company, just as nine foreign investors in the deal funneled $145 million to the Clinton Foundation.

CNN’s coverage included two mentions of the incident, the first being after President Donald Trump criticized the media for failing to cover the story, with anchor Wolf Blitzer then offering a 19-second explanation of what Trump was referring to.

The second piece of coverage involved Blitzer interviewing the former Obama administration official, Jake Sullivan, explaining that the story has “no basis in fact.”

Trump Blocks Full Release Of JFK Assassination Records After Last Minute CIA Push

With much of America clicking furiously all day Thursday on the website of the National Archives, hoping to be among the first to catch the release of thousands of previously unseen JFK Assassination records, the U.S. government was in danger of missing the deadline to release the trove of previously classified records from the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, "adding an unexpected twist to a saga already rife with rumors and conspiracies" according to NBC.

Caving to lobbying pressure by intelligence agencies, Trump announced he would not order the release of the full tranche of records, instead following last-minute recommendations of his national security agencies that some of those records be redacted, White House officials said. During a call with reporters, White House officials explained that while some 2,800 JFK records will be released today, the publications of the remaining records has been postponed for 180 days to give agencies more time to figure out what they want redacted. By late Thursday afternoon, the memo specifying which material the CIA, State Department and other agencies still want to keep under wraps had yet not made it to Trump’s desk, intel officials told NBC News.

“There’s a mad scramble going on in the executive branch to get this done,” one official said.

As CBS adds, the delay requests – some of which were registered a couple of months ago and some more recently - come from agencies throughout the government including the CIA and FBI. Some of the worry seems to center around documents created in the 1990's, when the congressional committee was crafting the legislation setting Thursday as the release date. Officials told CBS News there is concern the documents may reveal sources and operations from the near past and include current people or operations. Of particular concern, according to officials, are names in the documents.

Jerry Falwell Backs Steve Bannon Effort to Oust ‘Fake Republicans,’ Calls for Evangelical Army to Rise Up to Defeat Them

LYNCHBURG, Virginia — Jerry Falwell, Jr., the president of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and one of the most influential leaders in the evangelical Christian community nationwide is calling for evangelicals everywhere to stand with Stephen K. Bannon against the “fake Republicans” in the Washington, D.C., swamp.

Bannon, the Executive Chairman of Breitbart News and former chief strategist in President Donald Trump’s White House, is leading what he calls a “season of war” against the political class in Washington, D.C., that has already seen at least three anti-Trump establishment Republicans fall. Appointed incumbent Sen. Luther Strange (R-AL) lost his primary runoff to conservative Judge Roy Moore in Alabama on Sept. 26, and on that same day Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) announced his looming retirement. Then, on Tuesday of this week, Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) announced his plans to resign after it was clear he would not win a primary nor a general election in Arizona. More establishment Republicans who are standing in the way of President Trump’s agenda are expected to fall over the next year in the upcoming midterm elections.

DOJ Settles with Tea Party Groups on Lois Lerner IRS Scandal

Four hundred sixty nine different plaintiffs in two class-action lawsuits over Obama-era IRS harassment settled with the Department of Justice Thursday, bringing to a close a dark chapter in the IRS’s history.

In 2010 and 2011, the IRS under Lois Lerner, particularly out of the Cincinnati field office, launched what many contended were politically motivated investigations and audits of “Tea Party” and other conservative groups. While no criminal prosecutions ever resulted, hundreds of victims assembled in class-action lawsuits against the federal government.

Attorney General Sessions appears to have largely acknowledged the plaintiffs’ claims.

In a DOJ press release on the settlement, he said:

Disease kills hundreds of deer before hunting season starts

Deer in East Tennessee are being ravaged by a virus weeks before firearm hunting season opens.

The recent outbreak of Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease, which is transmitted by small flies, is concerning hunters in Tennessee because of the damage it is doing to the white-tailed deer population.

"Usually we mow a lot of crops down there at night so the deer come out into the fields when they get used to the tractor. There weren't any deer, so I just made the dreaded walk one day and just found them dead everywhere," sportsman and farmer Ben Gamble toldUSA Today.

"I walked the creek one day and found about a dozen in a 300 yard walk, and that answered all my questions. That was all I needed to see,” he continued.

The disease, which is spread through biting midges and other tiny biting insects, is common for deer to get, says Mime Barnes, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency information and education officer. What isn’t common is the number of deer the virus has killed this year – the highest number since 2007.

Sen. Jim Inhofe on Anti-Trump GOP Senators: Throw Them All Out

Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) expressed his support for the new populist movement sweeping the Republican Party on Wednesday, suggesting that those in Congress who oppose the President Donald Trump agenda leave and be replaced by somebody else.

“After I saw and witnessed yesterday the overwhelming loud approval and support for the president that we had yesterday at the lunch, I got to thinking, you know, maybe we do better by having some of the people who just don’t like him leave, and replace them with somebody else,” he said.

“And I think that’s what is happening.”

City uses ‘dirty play’ to squelch citizen revolt over refugees

Residents who don't toe Obama's 'welcoming' line shouted down

What happened at the St. Cloud, Minnesota, City Council on Monday night is being described as a well-organized “ambush” designed to shut down a citizen uprising or “pocket of resistance” against runaway refugee resettlement in the small city.

College-age students filled the council chambers. Only five people were allowed to approach the podium and speak, all of them in favor of unlimited refugee resettlement with no accountability to the taxpayer.

A resolution was hastily introduced, read and voted on.

Mission accomplished.

Uranium One: Will Justice be Done?

Not much distance was needed to gain confirmation. The Trump-Russian collusion charges were all deception and diversion. It reeks of conspiracy. It was Plan B in the Clintons’ and Democrats’ playbook. Plan A was the election of Hillary as president. From the Oval office, she’d bury Uranium One deeper than any nuclear waste could be in Yucca Mountain.

The collusion nonsense was an attempt to frame an innocent man, Donald Trump. The principal aim: Save the necks of the Uranium One culprits. Let that sink in. We can be sure the president has.

House Republicans have just launched an investigation into the Uranium One deal. The deal happened during Obama’s tenure. That’s no coincidence -- not with Hillary Clinton around. The former president may be neck-deep in yellowcake. Uranium One is a tangled web of criminality. It appears to involve higher-ups -- elected and appointed -- on an unprecedented scale.

Trey Gowdy targeting James Comey in new Clinton probe

Rep. Trey Gowdy plans to grill former FBI Director James Comey about his decision-making as part of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee's decision to re-examine the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server.

"Have to, won't we?" the South Carolina Republican told the Washington Examiner when asked about interviewing Comey.

Gowdy chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, which has opened a joint investigation with the Judiciary Committee in order to review the Justice Department's handling of the politically charged investigation. Gowdy is particularly concerned that "the decision to charge or not charge [Clinton] was made before all the witnesses were interviewed," but he emphasized that the investigation topics are structured in a nonpartisan way.

Oregon Has More Food Stamp Recipients Than Public School Students

The state of Oregon has more food stamp recipients than students enrolled in the state’s public schools, according to a Breitbart News analysis of state and federal data.

Oregon currently has 725,307 people enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the program in charge of doling out food stamps, according to the latest U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) statistics on food stamp enrollment.

According to the Oregon Department of Education, enrollment in the state’s K-12 public schools for the 2016-2017 school year totaled 578,947.

In other words, 146,360 more people are receiving government assistance than getting an education in K-12 public schools in the state.

Doug Jones Pushed Felon Voting ‘Rights’ with Soros-Funded Org

Doug Jones, the Democratic candidate for December’s Senate special election in Alabama, took a leading role in an effort by a far-left legal group massively funded by billionaire George Soros to grant full voting rights nationwide to felons released from prison, including those convicted of murder, rape, and other violent crimes.

Besides his direct role advocating for the votes-for-criminals scheme, Jones is also listed by the Soros-funded organization as a “supporter” of the voting drive for felons alongside a grouping of radical Soros-financed organizations. Jones is himself tied to some of those other Soros-funded groups.

In December 2011, Jones was one of fifteen signatories on a letter sent to Congress from the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University Law School calling for the restoration of “federal voting rights to the nearly four million Americans living, working and paying taxes in our communities who have been disenfranchised because of a criminal conviction in their past.”

Elites Move to Sacrifice Clintons Just Like Weinstein

MSM setting up downfall of Clintons to make persecution of Trump not seem political

Because the Clintons are guilty of the crimes the elites are accusing Trump of committing, it’s likely the criminal couple will soon suffer the same fate as Harvey Weinstein to make the persecution of Trump not seem “political.”

Already the mainstream media, which one year ago promoted Hillary Clinton as a “glowing goddess,” is slowly but surely publishing headlines linking the Clintons to the Russian Uranium One scandal.

This suggests that the globalists in control of mass media are fixing to dump the Clintons much like how Harvey Weinstein was burned, albeit the latter for sexual improprieties instead of political scandals.

Ralph Peters: Bergdahl sentencing isn't about him -- It's about setting an example for any future traitors

The sentence the military judge will impose on Tali-Bowe Bergdahl isn’t about one self-centered deserter. It’s about our national defense. The judge’s decision will decide the state of discipline on battlefields for decades to come. Bergdahl has been charged with desertion and misbehavior before the enemy. He has pleaded guilty to both charges.

There are no mitigating circumstances.

He must be punished, for his crimes and to make an example of him.

Yet, the American left, which has had only two military heroes since 9/11 (Bergdahl and Chelsea Manning), continues to embrace Bergdahl’s very tall tale that he only meant to stroll a dozen or so miles through hostile territory to the next military base so he could report on conditions is his unit—which Bergdahl found unsatisfactory. Based upon the evidence available to this writer, Bergdahl intended to go over to the enemy, whom he had expected to welcome him.

Bergdahl will never be commemorated for his judgment or analytical skills.

The left, exemplified by former President Obama’s White House celebration for the Bergdahls after he gave up five terrorists and, reportedly, cash for their traitor-son, has never grasped why anyone would join our military—a domain of brutes, illiterates, psychopaths and “deplorables.” But leftists do understand why soldiers would desert or betray our country by revealing our secrets.

Hardwire LLC in Pocomoke made these windows

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have 150 new patrol cars on the way with a feature that no other major municipality has: bulletproof windows.

The vehicles have ballistic shields affixed to the front door panels and what is dubbed 'transparent armor' backstops a large portion of the original equipment glass in the front windows.

It all makes this modified car resistant to pistol and shotgun ammunition.

"It is cutting edge in the sense that it provides protection for police officers seated in the vehicle from gunfire," said Commissioner Richard Ross.

Highest performance 2018 Ford Mustang GT developed in secret

A lot of car enthusiasts love tinkering with their rides. Sometimes before they even go on sale.

A group of engineers from the 2018 Ford Mustang team did a little after-hours work to develop some new go-fast equipment for the pony car that turned out so good, they convinced management to put it on sale.

The Performance Pack Level 2 will be an add-on to the previously announced Performance Pack (now Level 1), which already includes goodies like larger brakes, a TORSEN limited slip differential and a stiffer chassis than the stock Mustang GT.

Level 2 firms up the chassis even more, lowers the ride height by an inch, swaps in a set of computer-controlled MagneRide dampers, allows quicker steering and features Michelin Sport Cup 2 tires that are 1.5-inches wider than the standard rubber. There are also a deep front splitter and new rear spoiler that improve downforce at speed.

Former NPR CEO: Liberal Media Bias Is Overwhelming

Ken Stern, the former CEO of National Public Radio who changed his party affiliation from Democratic to Independent after he spent a year talking to Republicans around the country for his new book, "Republican Like Me," said Tuesday the liberal media bias is overwhelming and "that it all runs counter to President [Donald] Trump."

"I'm not sort of a big fake news guy," he told Bill Tucker on Newsmax TV during a wide-ranging interview. "I have a lot of respect for the people in NPR; I have a lot respect for the people at the Times and Post, but I think they're in a confirmation-by-us bubble where they share stories and ideas and that it all runs counter to President Trump."

"When you don't know the other side, we don't interact with them, we don't talk with them, we don't live with them, it becomes real easy to demonize them."

Stern, the president of Palisades Media Ventures, said he decided to escape the "liberal bubble" after speaking with "the smartest people" on the right.

Emails Confirm: Obama DOJ Funneled Big Bank Settlement Money To Liberal Groups

Emails written by Obama administration Department of Justice officials confirm reports the agency engaged in a systemic effort to funnel money to liberal advocacy organizations from settlements reached with big banks.

The documents, obtained by the House Judiciary Committee as part of an ongoing investigation, reveal the Obama Justice Department effectively skirted Congress’s budgetary authority by requiring that major financial institutions donate to a group of affordable housing nonprofits and legal advocacy organizations as part of settlement agreements resulting from predatory mortgage lending practices.

The internal DOJ documents represent the latest revelation in a two-year investigation spearheaded by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte.

Establishment Republicans Fall Like Dominoes: Luther Strange, Bob Corker, Jeff Flake Gone

Bannon ramps up his “season of war” on the political class

Establishment Republicans standing in the way of President Donald Trump’s agenda are falling like dominoes heading into the midterm elections in 2018, as Breitbart News Executive Chairman and former White House chief strategist Stephen K. Bannon ramps up his “season of war” on the political class.

The latest failed Republican to tap out is Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona, who announced on Tuesday he will not seek re-election after originally planning to. Flake’s decision to avoid what would have been a bruising and likely unsuccessful battle to win renomination by Arizona Republican voters for the U.S. Senate seat he currently holds comes as Bannon and nationally-syndicated radio host Laura Ingraham campaigned for his primary challenger, Dr. Kelli Ward, in Arizona last week.

All three appeared in Washington, D.C., at the “Breitbart Embassy” on Capitol Hill, where they were attending a book party for Ingraham’s new book. It also comes on the heels of the pro-Trump Super PAC Great America PAC endorsing Ward for the U.S. Senate as part of a new slate of candidates to refresh the Republican Party nationally.

Jason Cooke, a Palm Beach County deputy, was arrested last Thursday on charges of burglary and grand theft with a firearm.

He is accused of stealing the drugs, money and jewelry from Moe Rosoff's home in Boynton Beach after the elderly man was found passed out during a welfare check shortly after Hurricane Irma.

Bush Lies

The former President of the United States, George W. Bush, made quite a splash recently when he took swipes at President Donald J. Trump.

Some thoughts:

First, the consternation of Deplorables aside, for purposes of clarity, it is actually a very good thing that Bush delivered his speech. To as great an extent as anyone, the former President signifies the neoconservatism against which traditional conservative and Republican voters rebelled when they catapulted Trump to victory.

In other words, the symbolism involved in juxtaposing Bush with Trump couldn’t be richer inasmuch it symbolizes nothing more or less than the dramatic contrast between two ideal types: the GOP of yesteryear, a party run (and run into the ground) by neoconservatives, and the “populist,” more traditionally conservative GOP of the present and future.

To be clear, the contrast in question here is largely symbolic: Substantively speaking, Trump’s GOP has as yet shown few signs of having repented of its past ways (or of even having a pulse). The neocons, on the other hand, are still very much alive. Still, there can be no question that they have been humiliated and that Trump is looking to steer the party in a new direction.

Second, that Bush, who insisted upon being neither seen nor heard during the entirety of Barack Obama’s eight year tenure in the White House, should only now break his silence by criticizing Trump is a painful reminder of who he has always been.
