Gun Show To Take Place In Upper Marlboro Despite Objection

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) — A gun show will take place in Upper Marlboro despite the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s reluctance to host it.

The Washington Post reports attorneys for the organization concluded it had no choice but to allow the show, which is expected to bring up to 2,000 firearm enthusiasts to the Show Place Arena on Saturday.

Safety restrictions have been imposed, including no live ammunition allowed on the premises of the arena, no dry-firing weapons and all firearms must have trigger locks. Additionally, at least five park police officers must be on duty providing security.

So, in effect, you are making a gun show a "Gun Free Zone", right?

That is a bad thing. Doesn't anybody learn from history?

Idea: Everyone going to the gun show is invited to carry a pistol, open or concealed.

With that scenario, there will be no shootings.

As is, a shooter is almost invited!

No one has ever been shot at a gun show. But with this ruling there will probably be a mass murder.

Obama will send in a nut to shoot the place up, then thru a presidential decree, will outlaw gun shows!
