    If that kop didn't pull him over, he would probably have not been shot. The kop is complicient in his injuries.

    Had he just kept driving along keeping the peace, instead of being road pirates robbing people of their money this prob would not have happened.

    And it just makes one wonder how many times he has done this type of thing prior to this one, that finally caught up to him.
