Where you'll find a boat dropped off right next to a burned down building in which yet ANOTHER wall is about to fall down and they actually tied the boat up to a post so no one will steal it, I guess?
Salisbury has it too boats in front yards, boat trailers in front of houses, sofas on sidewalks and front yards and all this right in the City of Salisbury.
