Dash-Cam Video Reveals What Really Happened When Cops Arrested Man During Traffic Stop

New Jersey prosecutors have dropped all charges against a man accused of assault, eluding police and resisting arrest following the release of new dash-cam video that proved his innocence.

Marcus Jeter, 30, was facing years in prison and says he would have been convicted had the video not surfaced. Now, it’s the officers seen in the video striking Jeter — clearly not resisting and with his hands up — who are facing face charges.

6:17 and that's exactly why Md. cops do not want anyone video recording them even going as far as to use wire tapping laws to arrest anyone that records them even though courts have sided with citizens. They use the law illegally to make your life miserable and do it on purpose so you face 14 years in prison, have to hire an attorney to defend yourself, and go through h@ll during the proceedings!
They are sycophants and the truth is, more cops have been busted by video breaking the law than ever before proving they have lost all integrity and honor. They have become little more than armed state sponsored terrorists and mercenaries carpetbagging taxes for victimless "crimes" and ridiculous ordinance violations.
SHAME on any scum cop.

An investigation launched by internal affairs concluded that there had been no wrongdoing by officers. more reason for citizen review boards to hold these scumbags accountable. Maybe someday there will even be a national database to keep these fools from just moving to another city and perpetrating more crimes there.

cops can try and do whatever they want to on the side of the road. we will win in the courts, as we already have done. Then we turn it around and charge the cop with breaking the law in the same court.

Don't let them bully you. Be polite, then spank that ass in a court of law and get paid.

I am teetering on that line between suicidal and homicidal. I see the actions of MOST cops nowadays. It's no longer just one bad apple the higher ups always point to, to explain away bad situations.

It is proven time after time cops can kill humans and pets with impunity. Even this internal affair investigation said they followed the policy.

They have carte blanche to do anything they want to with no fear of being in any kind of trouble. They even get a 2 week paid vacation while their superiorities determine they followed a policy and did no wrong.

Sorry fellas, you have been doing wrong for so long you probably think it is SOP for you to indiscriminately kill innocents and pets.

My tolerance for these blatant illegal acts is fast coming to an end.

If the citizens at large do not have the gumption to reel your corrupt asses in front of a judge, there is one individual who will. And I suspect he will not be alone as you have damaged a lot of peoples respect for you, and they no longer fear you.

You are displaying worse behavior than the criminals you are paid to apprehend.

Trainers and academies are pushing out warm bodies with a badge and gun who are mentally broken. They are not qualified to do the job the public demand they do.

So as you beat, rape, rob, kill, molest, kill pets for sport, the same will be applied to you.

If any of the so called good cops do not stop these bad cops, they are just as guilty as the ones who murder, rape, rob, molest, lie, and kill pets.

If I do not see a dramatic decrease in these crimes committed by police within the next 30 days, consider yourselves the new targets.

It does not matter if some of you have not partaken in any of the above crimes yourselves. You know about them, you know who do them and yet you remain silent.

Therefore, you are also guilty of said crimes by not upholding your oath.

No one should feel anything but disgust at your sight and relief when you are handed justice for those who were denied same.

You have forgotten your place and need to be shown what is not acceptable in a free and open society.

That is all.

Time for another Federal Case to bring it all out!

get used to it, you live in a police state and this is what they do...

Just luckily the taps surfaced and cleared this guys name because this happens all the time especially with swat team raids and none of that is really recorded and you can't fight against it...

SO what do you do when cops and the justice system is crooks and out of control and criminal? how do you fight that? Exactly you can't and now with the NSA sucking companies tits to get info on them so they don't have to steal it, makes it even harder...

The only way to combat this is to video record every cops while on duty and even then they are trying to stop that from happening... which should show you how bad it is...
