O’Malley Tells Liberal Legal Group That His Policies Have Strengthened Maryland
Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley touted a list of his achievements, including the legalization of same-sex marriage and the repeal of the death penalty, during an address Saturday to a national gathering of an influential liberal legal organization.
Speaking to the American Constitution Society’s convention in the District, O’Malley (D) also touched on his efforts to extend in-state college tuition rates to undocumented immigrants, pass “nation-leading” gun-control laws and spend more on an array of priorities, including education and substance-abuse treatment.
Such policies reflect a respect for “equal rights and inclusion” and “the dignity of every individual” and have strengthened his state, the governor said. More
Same sex marriage and death penalty repeal are not by anyone's stretch of the imagination achievements. Any moron can do that. An achievement would have been a balanced budget and getting more residents and businesses into the state then are leaving. An achievement is setting a goal that is hard takes effort and intelligence and seeing it though to completion.

Suggesting the American people connect own firearms property is a slap in the face to every soldier, marine,sailor and others who have fought our wars.
Perhaps the government wants these weapons back from the ones they trained to use them so they could not be turned against them. That can never happen. Then the gov will have free reign to do whatever it wished with little, if any, opposition.
These troops handled these weapons good enough for the gov to meet their agenda and goals. Now their next step in hindered by gun ownership. That has to be corrected before they can continue.

It is not only a right to own firearms, it is everyone's DUTY to own firearms.That alone is the best national security from invasion and a force to be reckoned with if el Presidente decides he will be king. Our enemies are foreign and DOMESTIC. Make no mistake about that.
