Rick Konrad resigned from the City Manager position, for the City of Fruitland. He is going to be the Manager for the Town of Ocean View DE.

ReplyDeleteWhen the City Council and City Attorney made the choice to hire this bozo it was the wrong choice. There have been several employees who have either quit or retired due to this man. There are many happy people in Fruitland. It reminds me of when Rick left to go to the county. We were happy yet that backfired by what he has done to this county.
