A New Year Ahead

Joe,

This came to me from a site that coordinates communications between patriotic groups from across the country. Including about 10 now here on the Eastern Shore. One right there in Wicomico County. I thought I would share it with you and your loyal readers. To let you know how large the organization is, this organization is made up of 7 regions. Each region has a Point of Contact.  Each region is made up of several states. Each state has a Point of Contact (POC). Individual counties report to the state POC. Each state POC reports to the regional POC. The regional POC's report to a national group or committee. Information is sent up through the chain, it's accuracy is verified, and it is disseminated back down through the chain as necessary. Every state is currently represented. It may be difficult to understand the numbers at first but it appears that almost every county in every state has some type of patriotic "group" that believes some type of action will be necessary in the future to assure that our constitution will be restored.
"I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year, however, I don’t particularly foresee how it will be a very pleasant year under the prevailing political conditions.

Compare the Chief Executive with other despots in history and you will recognize a common thread. He is clearly demonstrating an attempt to seize unlimited and unrestricted power in his administration’s willingness to bypass the peoples’ congress through abuse of federal agencies whether by Executive Order or secretive meetings of the agencies’ upper management.
I don’t believe I have to enumerate all of his moves in those areas. In fact, the number of unconstitutional edicts coming from the agencies such as the DHS, IMS, EPA, FCC, ATF, HHS, DOJ and many others only point to one conclusion:
Obama is reaching for a permanent totalitarian dictatorship.

We must intensely scrutinize the actions of the new congress in its efforts to defund or restrain federal agencies from wresting power from the elected political representatives of the people in DC and to block all administration efforts to overthrow our established political institutions and to institute a marxist-oriented regime which for all intents and purposes may be impossible to remove by constitutional measures.

We must be prepared to take measures in an effort to restore our forefathers’ Constitution placing severe restrictions on the potential abuse of power by the central governing body and restoring our natural individual rights and freedoms as the Constitution’s framers envisioned and intended.

We must be prepared to sacrifice in the same way our forefathers sacrificed in pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor. We must NEVER yield our ground to the tyrant and enemies of freedom. IN GOD WE TRUST."

D.C. Homicides Hit Lowest Level In Almost 50 Years

As the Gray Administration takes office this morning, they have some promising numbers to look at when it comes to crime. According to the Washington Times, there were 131 homicides in the District in 2010, down nine percent from last year. It’s the lowest number of slayings since 1963.

The Times reports that it is the second straight year that homicides have declined in the city and the seventh time in 10 years that the nation’s capital has recorded fewer than 200 homicides.

Police Chief Cathy Lanier told the Washington Times she believes there are three reasons for the reductions.
First, she says the department is receiving more tips and cooperation from witnesses thanks to improved community trust. She tells the Times that the city’s police tip line is recording triple the calls it received three years ago and the amount of reward money being distributed in that time has doubled.

Second, Lanier credits the department’s investment in technology. The Washington Times reports that surveillance camera networks have expanded, police are using systems that recognize the sound of gunfire and there is recently installed license plate recognition technology.

And third, the Chief says gang intelligence has greatly improved.

“We can prevent homicides,” Lanier told the Times. “We do prevent homicides. We can’t prevent them all.”

TV Crew Covering President Claims Mistreatment

So....now new journalsist aren't allowed to video tape Obama? This female journalist was assaulted by Obama's police. How much of this do we have to take?

HONOLULU -- A public access television crew complained of police mistreatment Thursday, after trying to get a picture of President Barack Obama.

Just after dawn Wednesday, the three-woman crew for a Big Island public access program called "We Are Change Hawaii" drove up to the barricade near the president's vacation home in Kailua.

Host R.J. Hampton was told they couldn't stay, so she spoke into the video camera as she returned to the car.

"OK, you know it Obama we're OK with you, you OK with us,” Hampton said on the tape, provided to KITV. “We just wanted to get a glimpse of you but we're moving on because this is a private street and we don't want to make anybody nervous. Aloha!” She waved to the Secret Service agents at the barricade as she climbed back into the car.

The crew was video-taping vehicle searches along the potential motorcade route as they left the neighborhood. They noticed a van behind them.

Utilities Bribe Almost All Elected Maryland Legislative Officials?

Seldom do I run across such a political wielding influence buying scam as I have uncovered recently.  But as I look at page after page of political contributions made by Maryland public utility companies - (i.e.. Constellation Energy and Pepco (DP&L)) - to virtually all of our elected Maryland Congressional officials.  When I say all - you have to see it in order to believe it.  I have never seen special interest buy basically everyone as I have in this instance.
When you go to the link below; Select - Organization
Select - Energy
Select - 2010 Election Cycle

The rest is self explanatory.  In Maryland - we will need millions to defeat special interest.  The utilities have an awful lot of muscle and as you'll see when you investigate the contributors - (utilities) - most of the politicians are virtually all bought and paid for - (Democrats and Republicans)

Pay particular attention to the horrendous amounts of campaign money that Constellation Energy - (largest western shore utility) - has donated to the various Congressional campaigns.  After that - enter Pepco - (DP&L's affiliate) -  on the identity list and you'll see the same behavior.  With the muscle they exercise it is almost next to impossible for the average Maryland Electric ratepayer to get a fair shake at the bargaining table.

Better to stay out of Maryland - until we get some new 'blood'.  And after what I have just witnessed on the above listed web link - it may be a long time before legitimate businesses decide to return to our State.

Teen Charged With DUI Has Been Vindicated By Hospital

Last night we produced a Press Release stating a teen was charged with a DUI in an accident locally. Turns out the Hospital found the blood alcohol test came back as non detectable for alcohol.

Even the Police Officer at the scene stated it could take up to two weeks for his results to come back. Yet he claimed to smell alcohol, therefore he charged the teen with such.

After personally speaking to one of the parents I can assure you, there's a whole lot more to this story than what came out of the Press Release. While most parents are in defense mode for their children, there's enough witnesses to this accident that will testify that it is nothing like what actually happened, (charges wise).

Obviously there will be more to come on this story.
