More Flood Plane Zones In Salisbury


This photo is in the area of the old Campbell Soup Plant. I wonder if any of the residents there actually know how bad things will get over there when it does flood?

    When exactly will this flood come?
    When it does come who will be doing all the rescues in the flood area?
