It seems that too often it's more of a pretrial punishment than anything else, one that can have devastating results on those with few resources and regular responsibilities.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31586983.post-7059479958367213622016-11-02T13:48:56.713-04:002016-11-02T13:48:56.713-04:00But lawful MD residents cant exercise their 2nd am...But lawful MD residents cant exercise their 2nd amendment rights?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31586983.post-34748273652411999962016-11-02T13:42:10.277-04:002016-11-02T13:42:10.277-04:00As a Juror, I saw this first hand. The poor man had a broken back and was disabled from an accident several years before. He lost his home and his job because of this. She admitted to this later on because he had befriended her and allowed her to live in his home until she could find another place to live.<br /> He ended up kicking her out of his home, and in retaliation she charged him with rape. The man was poor and could not afford to pay the bail. As a result, he lost everything, This was back in 2010 when I sat in on this case. Nothing happened to woman who falsely accused him of this.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
