Bloomberg has said he was in the race to make things better, well how come he hasn't donated billions to Shriner's Hospital, St. Jude's, Wounded Warrior's, or other charities that that kind of money can really make a difference?
Imagine if he had donated $500 million to needy students seeking degrees in science, medical and engineering careers. The investment and return in the future would have been incalculable.
