ReplyDeleteHe's a dumpster diver and works nights diving in dumpsters.I've seen him at the flea markets selling food out of dumpsters.He mainly will sell his garbage after most of the vendors have left so he doesn't have to pay the set up fee.Don't ever get involved in a conversation with him,he's off the wall and he will follow you when you try to end the conversation.
