Every time students leave for a weekend or a holiday the burglary and theft numbers go up.

ReplyDeleteSame was going on when I was there early seventies.
ReplyDeleteGraduated from University of Delaware in '04 and during winter break my house was broken into while I was upstairs sleeping. Lived in a row home on Cleveland Ave and something like 20 houses were hit in a weekend on our street. Every break the "townies" would have a free for all it was crazy.
