BREAKING NEWS: Paul Manafort and Rick Gates told to SURRENDER to federal authorities as Mueller grand jury indicts them in first charges from special counsel probe
Former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and his onetime business partner and protege Rick Gates will be told to surrender to federal authorities on Monday as the first charges from the probe of possible Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. presidential election are unsealed.
The move represents a dramatic turn in special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation.
The New York Times reported that Manafort and Gates will be taken into custody. Manafort was seen leaving his home at 8:00 a.m. with his attorney.
A federal grand jury approved the indictments on Friday and a federal judge ordered them sealed.
Manafort and Gates were the one-two punch responsible for keeping Republican National Convention delegates in line last year as the possibility emerged of a contentious floor fight over the presidential nomination.
8:27 no they have something he supposedly had funds wired to him from a Ukrainian and he did not pay taxes on it. the mistake he made was that he had not set up a so called foundation to launder the money first.
These charges appear to be from a time period well before the 2016 election cycle and years before Manafort worked for POTUS. They likely may well include the time period during his work for the Podesta group.
Nothing in the indictment is current. It all occurred when Manafort and Gates were connected to the Podestas one of whom was Clinton's campaign manager and go a long way back with the Clintons and the democrat party.

I agree with 8:27,but I call it smoke and mirrors.To me all signs point toward no concrete evidence until someone cracks under the pressure.
