    On the topic of weather manipulation:

    It is NOT normal for a "rain event" to dump 10 inches of rain in one day. Nope, not normal at all.

    The atmosphere won't hold that much moister - except for hurricanes.

    One must inject "particulate material" into the atmosphere to make it hold that much moisture. By spraying fine metallic particles into the sky, one can create massive rain events.

    We were victims of geo-engineering this week.
    Just like the Mississippi river valley has been victimized over and over and over in the past decade.

    The military has now perfected weather modification.
    For some reason, they refuse to stop experimenting on the population. They never admit their guilt in these matters.
