The lines in Mardela are crackling and arching since the rain started last week. It's real bad now. Called to tell them and they told me I have choptank call them. They couldn't understand that it's their high tension lines and not residential lines. Found out this happens every couple years here and according to the neighbors they won't fix it until the things actually explode. Last time a hole was put through a houses wall. You'd think they'd do preventive maintenance.
