    Probably because he had an outside source come investigate the fiasco in Baltimore. Should be interesting to see who the Mayor has to defender her now.

    Batts should have quit the moment the stand down order was given from above. He can still come out smelling like a rose because he has a truth he can tell and he needs to tell it himself and tell it now.
    If he hides behind a lawyer and the lawsuit excuse then he's hiding something himself.
