Caesar Rodney wrestling coach charged with teen sex abuse
CAMDEN, DELAWARE Caesar Rodney wrestling coach and teacher Richard L. “Dickie” Howell II is accused of having sex with a student in the high school and at his home, state police said today.
Howell, 50, of Wyoming, was involved with a 17-year-old girl, police said, as early as March and until late December of 2014.
The two engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior at least nine times on school grounds as well as a number of times at his home, police said.
I wonder just what in the hell that a 17 year old girl would see in an "old man". This guy, if convicted, needs to do some serious time but I agree with Anon 8:55, the women do not get a lot of jail time.
If 15 will get you 20, wonder what 17 will get you! Of course none of the women doing this ever get 20!
