  6. Tax code, should be a national tax so all pay something. Anyone making less then $250,000k (family or single) will get a check back from the gov't monthly for taxes on the ideas deemed as basic needs (food, gas, clothing). The check will be fixed based on # in family. Get a full example of this from the book "Fair Tax".

Why? Then the 80% of the population who lives on less than 20% of the land in the US would be deciding the elections. The electoral college was created by the founders to prevent this from happening.
We don't want the more populous states deciding the election do we?

  9. I used to think term limits were a good thing but then those whose limits were coming up would be pushing their agendas without a care of not being reelected.

  11. Congress shall enact laws that do not apply to them. Congress shall not enact laws that only apply to them. Congress shall not have any rights different than any taxpayer.

  13. Supreme court justices are not selected or approved by the president or congress - or for a lifelong term...they need to be submitted for approval to the sitting justices only for unanimous decision - that will get the courts out of the political realm......

  15. Term Limits-only one term across the board. When you are out of office, no benefits, no protection, no pension, nada..get to work like the rest of us.

Re-visit all of OBAMA's policies and correct and adjust accordingly.

Strong monitoring of Congrss, if they can't agree and pass legislation that will help all Americans, and protect our nation, they they should be removed from office and never, never, ever be allowed to run for any government office EVER. Between the stupid president and the worthless congress we have now I don't beleive any of them should serve. They have forgotten what made USA strong and a world leader. They get in office for the kickbacks, the big bucks then laugh at the taxpayers thinking we are stupid. So wrong, the stupid ones are the president and congress; just watch any TV show WHAT A SCAM

  17. A set limit that is non changeable for total funds used for a political campaign. Once the limit which is equal to all running in an election is reach any other funds are to be returned or given to farming assistance. Local elections would naturally have a lower limit and presidential elections would be higher, no change in amount everything on an equally funded playing field

  18. It seems as though we really do not have any freedom anymore, especially now that the socialist Obama is in the White House. A BIG mistake for all of those who voted for him. What is the most important policy change needed? First - get rid of Obama!
